    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

    @TSB @TSB what exactly do the staff do on a Saturday morning? Your website makes no mention of there being no counter service on a Saturday at the opening time section of your website (attached) - maybe note this on the opening times section. Absolute toytown bank.

    @TSB I have done everything TSB has asked me to do several times including switching off my mobile before reinstalling. Last week the "payments to approve" page started working WITHOUT having to follow all the rigmarole you insist.

    @TSB Tried that, gives me my user ID, which is what I've been using and when I try again I get the same error code. I can't log on the app either it tells me to set up my device, so I've deleted and re tried still no joy.

    @kathv2504 @TSB I am having problems too. Trying to pay credit card for last 3 hours. OTP not delivering and can’t log into app as it wants to send OTP but won’t let me select phone number

    @TSB when will the issue with authorising payments be fixed? Still not received the text from my payment last night! Who can actually provide an update?

    @TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.

    @TSB been unable to login to my account for 24 hours now. Android phone, Ipad and laptop. Online complaint sent. Numerous phone calls with no answer. Absolute disgrace

    @TSB Nothing happens i dont have the app I just pay with my card online ever since bank holiday it stopped working carnt even send money into my account im just assuming its on your side and will likely get fixed when bank holiday is up
