@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@ben_nuttall_ @TSB Sorry I thought you mean there was a timeframe eg if it’s down for 12 hours there’s a Specific timeframe they have to compensate you etc. I’ll also be calling later. Shitest bank of all time

@Carrielou73 @TSB @stylishmrgordon Does the message not state that it is down? Yet you feel the need to take time out your day to message the bank on Twitter. Now someone will spend time wasted on replying to you, when you KNOW it's down because of the message. They can be replying to genuine requests. R u okay?
