    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

    @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

    @TSB It would be courteous to state your status on your website or as a automated message on your phone lines. Surely you could manage that especially since people can’t access their own money at the moment.

    @TSB Is it possible for your app to be any worse? Are lessons never learned? I think tonight is the point at which I - a customer for 36 years - decide to go to another bank.

    TSB are a bunch of incompetent arseholes. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve been locked out of my account now due to errors on their end. @TSB I’ve banked with you since birth and tonight I’ve had enough. I’ve switched over to another bank.

    @TSB Mobile banking, not just the worst banking app it's the worst app I've ever used for any purpose. System is down so often they don't even bother telling any ****. That'll be a big fat 👋👋👋from me, would rather stuff my cash in a pillowcase.

    @TSB Your app is down. Again. My brother is saying his debit card isn't working. Absolutely terrible service yet again. Really need to change banks. 🙄
