    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

    @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

    @threefromleith @TSB I have had that feeling with other companies too. We know bugs get through despite testing from experience. But some of the stuff really feels like ‘what can go wrong we can fix it later’. Then there is the lack of proof readers too.

    @TSB Guys it happens to many times we need to leave this bank because every 4 or 5 months this type of stuff happens . Yesterday I had to walk home at 1 am because of this nonsense and I still can’t login again the issue still there not been resolved.

    @TSB Can log in but I am greeted with a rate our service popup and near empty balance since deposits from yesterday still haven't arrived. Not sure how I'll eat or feed my pets who are now out of food. Stop lying to customers claiming it's an internet banking issue. @Debbiecrosbie1

    @TSB Thank you for your update. The frustrating bit for me is not that things go wrong but that there seems no updates on the website. This means customers assume the worst or that they have erred in some way. A simple message on the website would go a long way to calming people.

    @TSB you are a joke. Online banking down, then back up briefly, then account locked for payments due to fraud, now an hour on hold waiting for your fraud teams. I have to make urgent payments for a house purchase and you’re currently jeopardising the entire chain.
