  @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

  Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

  @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
