  Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

  @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  @TSB Now, for the 2nd time this year I find myself unable to log into the app bacause it is 'unable to authenticate' my login. Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.
