  @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

  Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
