    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

    @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

    @FPlusFife @TSB Always the same they pay the tech department to sort but every time they screw it up, not once when they have done something with the app & either same day or following 2 days they is a problem,so the get paid to sort something they clearly haven't got a clue what they are doing

    @TSB Just wasted 30 minutes of my life on hold only to get cut off. Your IT systems are truly dreadful and have been for a number of years. Whenever you update your app there are problems and now money missing from my account?! When will refunds be issued please???

    @AGArtSci @TSB Exactly that - for a bank I’ve been with for over 10 years I’d have expected the service to be better. What a shame.

    @TSB I see TSB are keeping up their fantastic customer service record by replying to a few messages with a generic, unpersonalised response. Money still not back in my account. I was told 2 hours at 08:30.
