    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

    @TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

    Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

    @OliAshman @TSB You only need to look back in history when things were better in order to fix it. 1. Ditch workplace pensions as a requirement. People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    @MarleyBoxer14 @TSB_News @TSB Ive had major issues with santander that stretches back nearly 2 decades sadly now will probably have to go through it all over again, without doubt the worst people I've delat with in 40yr.😒

    @santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

    @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as you are clearly not set up or trained appropriately to support business banking or inclusivity

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then
