@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

Happy to bank with @TSB just come off the phone to customer services unfortunately they can't speed up the refund process but the advisor I spoke to was brilliant. All in all 10/10 for customer service.

@TSB there is a issue with both your mobile and online banking, since 7pm today down detector has logged over 1000 reports including my own the message states "we were unable to do that try again later" when trying to login

@TSB it's not just online banking, can't use the ATM just spits out the card. Let me know a fix time and don't reply with some automatic response or copy and paste response.

@TSB It’s all customers and it’s constant. Not “some” or “intermittent” Am I correct in assuming that, once again, there will be a lack of compensation paid out by TSB? Despite some people needing urgent access to account details?
