@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB spent the last week either chatting to bots on your app or agent who could not help. I have been with the bank for over 32 and I want to leave as the service has been appalling in an hour of need. Extremely disappointed. 1/2

@TSB I am now able to log in. When I did manage to log in, there was a pop-up notification telling me of a planning outage. In future I'd prefer these notifications BEFORE the event, not after.

As a well trusted and known company, our money has been stolen through hacking, and for more than 1 year, we couldn't get support by @TSB Bank PLC. No investigation was even started by TSB side to find these unsolved criminals . We will go court on this matter.

@elenoftheroad @TSB @PrideOfBritain Thank you. I don't shop except on very rare occasions because I am still shielding. But I do want to do my bit when I can. I haven't been able to find anything online about any of my local food banks- thats been my problem with making a cash donation.

@TSB Morning: just tried to pay contactless with my debit card for a bus ticket but each attempt was declined. Card's not blocked and I have funds available: are you aware of any issues?
