Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB do you have any idea when this will be resolved when I spoke to customer services they didn’t seem to have any answers just “as soon as possible” that’s not really good enough. @TSB your staff are dealing with this the best they can at least give your customers some answers

@TSB Live chat and phoneline absolutely hopeless, my account is down by more than the duplicate payments and can't speak to anybody about it prob change bank after this is resolved not the first time it's happened

@zai_online @TSB I’ve complained (formally) three times since 2016. £150 each time. Make sure you have hard copies of you statements showing the duplicates and screenshots. Handy for sending to the ombudsman. Even though they have admitted an issue, still complain.

@TSB Doesn’t help me. I’m broke. You took all of my money. £140 you owe me I worked out. I owe £75 today and more on my phone bill I can’t afford now because of this. My Asda order could have been cancelled because of this too with no food or cat food. It’s disgraceful

@TSB @tsb my first bank for many years the service from each advisor is the worse by miles I would anyone to keep clear I have on going complaint sitting at 40 days regarding payment they haven’t once called me back within this time what a mess !!!
