@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

What UK bank accounts still allow you to purchase #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #crypto @tsb has just lost a customer by stopping my spending MY money on what I want. More the reason for decentralisation.

@TSB I'm in Indonesia. Since last year when online app suddenly asked to change password I could not do thisnas it sends TOP code to my UK mobile number which had not been in use past 5 years. I can't call any UK number given, can't call mobile banking. How to can I fix this.
