    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB instead of the generic "we’re aware of some issues around duplicate payments and we’re sorry that you’re experiencing this. We’ll refund any duplicate transactions as soon as possible." How about an actual timeframe as to when we are getting our money back.

    @TSB you are perhaps the WORST bank i have ever been with. you have managed to double charge thousands of people across the UK today, you have taken 6 double payments totalling £160+ from me, leaving me nearly in an unarranged overdraft. what are you playing at? fix it now!

    @TSB When will this be resolved? I need to pay bills and buy food and now have transactions taken out of my account. This is not acceptable... too many issues lately happening with TSB and really shocking communication about our own money?!

    @TSB Can anyone provide an update on refund time as the eye-watering amount taken twice now due to the TSB error is more than inconvenient. I do also hope that TSB will be providing compensation for the trauma they have caused people today.

    @TSB How on earth are TSB going to explain this one away? We went through weeks and weeks of pain not so long ago, and now we're back to this terrible situation. The comment about there being a small proportion of Customers affected is madness. Just how many is it TSB?
