All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

I was advised to send an application form ‘account closure’ to the branch in Leeds (Banking Services, TSB bank PLC, PO BOX 373, Leeds, LS14 9GQ). Worldwide parcel are UNABLE to deliver to this address please provide physical address so I can get my parcel there.
