@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB @financialombuds How can it be legal for a bank to deny access to our accounts, debit and credit cards and direct debits for almost 24 hours and all they tell you is we are aware of the issue and are working on it! No meaningful update has been provided AT ALL!

@TSB Getting beyond a joke now. 'Go with TSB, they're great for business banking.' They said. Yeah, if you want to look amateur, miss payments and not be able to confirm clients' paid. Been down almost 24 hours now. Thanks for that. 👍🏻
