    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB Hi - It pops up with a message saying "we weren't able to do that, sorry, it looks like there was an unexpected error...." I have deleted the app and reinstalled as the troubleshooting advised but no joy as I just get the same error 😢

    I see @TSB still hasn’t fixed their ****! Can anyone who is a customer & hasn’t been able to log in for the last FOURTEEN HOURS please make the effort to complain to the ombudsman. If enough of us make a noise they’ll have no choice but to sort **** out or face huge penalties! 😡

    @TSB not been able to access the app all day I've uninstalled it countless times tried on and off wifi turned my mobile data off I've tried every pathetic fix you've suggested and you say to DM you for a solution but just ignore it FIX IT I GOT THINGS TO PAY!

    @TSB Already tried that. You completely set up as a new customer and it gives you the green tick to show that it's complete, then it takes you back onto the set up page and not the login page.

    @TSB yet another problem with tsb mobile banking. Can't log on. Says they can't authentic my device. Getting very fed up with this bank and it's constant tech problems. Time for a change.

    @TSB I am not switching to dm so yous can kid on that theres no problems and hide the fact that yous are letting people down time and time again. I honstly feel like a real Karen at this point but when is enough enough ? Sorry for get about it for 3 weeks then happens again !
