  @TSB is TSB having problems servicing its lending debt to their credit card customers? Many customers reporting that TSB are sending customers letters threatening to suspend cards with in 30 days if they do not agree to new higher minimum payment terms despite customers 1/

  @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight
