    @TSB is there an issue getting OTP. Phone number updated today in branch even though IB had worked previously snd still not working. Very inconvenient eyes unable to get to see transactions online.

    @TSB Why is your service an absolute shambles??? Your quick enough at taking our money but when we’ve asked for a refund we have to speak 100 different people and we still don’t have any right answers??? Get your **** together!!!!

    @TSB I’ve been with you for years but your shocking customer service will be making me leave. Trying to cancel a silver account add-on impossible on app, website , can’t get appointment with a branch. Terrible I can do it all in my app with @Barclays !

    @TSB Particularly now when they are all under such strain and have been for so long. You used 999 workers in your animated adverts to promote your business & now you’ve let them badly down. The Loss of support to them is worth a pathetic £50

    @TSB It doesn’t really help if my local branch is open but nobody will be able to help me. Can I order adhoc statements and move money via CHAPS through telephone banking? The statements need to show these funds being moved so not just the current statement available on the portal.

    @TSB I've had fraudulent activity on my account however, can't get through to anyone to resolve it! Spent about 2 hours on hold yesterday and since 8am this morning and still no answer! Any chance of some help...bit concerned someone is helping themselves to my money!
