    @TSB performing to its usual poor standards this morning. Nearly half an hour on the phone to them this morning and no answer. Awful customer service. 👎

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

    @TSB I’m looking at loans. Your website says both that “there is no fee for making overpayments on your loan” and that “we may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlement…”. Which is it please. Both can’t be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!
