    @TSB Every local branch closed, 4 months trying to get a paying in book despite repeated texts saying it will be with you within 5 working days and assurances given over the phone. Failure at the most basic level

    @cryptoheat2 3M but my U.K. bank (@TSB ) no longer allows the purchase of Crypto on Coinbase as they want to look after our safety from scammers. What a crock of ****, like scams only happen in crypto! Time to find another bank I think!

    @SapAud @TSB It’s the wrong attitude really. Educate if you feel the need, ask for double verification, like you get with fraud flags. Don’t outright block it.

    @TSB been waiting 20 mins (so far) waiting to speak to a customer service operative to get the name on my account changed (this was the bank’s error too by the way) in your Birmingham branch. One person on the desk at lunchtime…bad customer service yet again @TSB

    After @tsb were so entirely unhelpful, I crossed the street to @AskNationwide who were brilliant and had sorted him a savings account in minutes. That’s customer service. I’ll look to move myself ASAP - #TSB have lost custom today

    @TSB Greg in your fraud call centre has just told me he's the only person working at the minute. Why do you advertise the line open from 8am if it's not resourced until 9am??

    @TSB Responded to say "there's nothing we can do here" so why did you ask me to message you?? Such a terrible service for a bank @MartinSLewis can you help? Any suggestions? Locked out of my account, not able to get through on the phones as they're too busy
