@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

@TSB is one of the worst banks if not THE worst bank for customer service. Absolutely shocking, no help what so ever. Thanks to your useless fraud team my mrs now has to pay the £900 that was taken from her account. Lost for words, I really am. 😡 #wasteofspace #TSB #stayaway

@DAgubamah @TSB @TheFCA I am so frustrated, I also bank with Halifax and in all my years with them, this happened once, it was fixed swiftly and everyone notified! I really am closing my account, I need daily access to information and so far it has been days!

@TSB I have spent, no exaggeration 3 hours of the last 24 hours on a ringing hold line to speak to the fraud team. Your live chat on the website throws up generic faq advice and a lady on the normal customer service line just told me she expected me to just wait another......
