    @TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

    @threefromleith @TSB Had issues on Friday night logging on and then, if I did manage, viewing accounts or making payments. They told me there were no faults and to clear cookies. 😡😡

    @TSB This is the very reason I opened a second account with another bank. So I always have both cards just in case 1 of them is down. Shouldnt need to do that in this day and age. App also asking for new log in details and won’t work. Shambles

    @TSB I wonder how many people were stranded or had to go without food because they couldn't access funds. Stop claiming it's a log in or app issue, people couldn't use their cards or even access funds via ATM for hours. Deposits are still missing. A truthful explanation is needed.
