@TSB Why have you changed the method for entering the memorable data at login? Now I find I have to type in a character instead of choosing from the scroll. A key logger would pick up the characters so you've reduced security not raised it!

@kristinacimova @TSB TSB reluctant to advise that there is a major issue with ‘Approve Payment’ feature on the app. Instead they’ll ask for more information, for your device, operating system, what app version. They’ll ask you to uninstall / reinstall…blah, blah…. It’s a TSB issue.

@TSB Well I've never been to a bank who point blank refuse to allow you to pay in cash or cheques at the counter, so was just wondering exactly why you have a counter service. I'm at a loss as to why else I'd visit a bank other than to deal with money? 🤔
