    @TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

    @TSB Trying to report fraud on account and your automated response on the phone simply refuses to acknowledge that I’m doing exactly what it’s asking. It keeps hanging up on me and telling me to start again. Please help now.

    @TSB So having done this @TSB are not interested in solving the problem, they just want to be sure I have lodged a complaint. So no sign of getting a simple mandate changed.

    @TSB Hi odd one you've left a VM on my phone & text regrading fraudulent activities on a debit card only problem it's not me & you've got the wrong number for the person your trying to get hold off.

    What’s the point in a “Service Status” page when @TSB’s status page is showing all “Available” when both web site and app are showing “Unavailable” when trying to log in for over an hour. And unless you can export CSV files over the phone no point me trying to call.

    @TSB Not sure who to contact in regards to it, hence asking here! In bank can't help with replacement. Debit card. Yes, have access to mobile app. Money in account, no restrictions. As I said, I literally put the card in the reader, did not enter any pin and it came up with "last try"

    @TSB Hi Sophie, I’ve being sent the same access code repeatedly by email. When entering it, I get the message that I screenshotted previously. The wait on the phone is never ending. I just want a redemption figure? Can someone call with it or just send it to the inbox in my a/c?

    @TSB I can't log in to my app as there's a fault at your end. When will this be fixed? Looks like you've already had numerous customers state the same issue.

    @TSB The previous working day for your lot being nearly a WEEK before. For me, and many others, we were working on the 2nd. Anything to smack us with some charges. Also, still discrimination.
