    @TSB Hi guys I'm frustrated that system issues are still happening I've emailed the CEO who has passed it onto the head of customer service. When will someone contact me I'm unwell it's being affected by the issues I've raised. I'm concerned it's not being dealt with seriously.

    @PostOffice I paid in a cheque to you Wheatley Branch on Monday. It should have showed in my account on Tuesday. @TSB are saying that your branch must still have it, but they’re not allowed to look for it until Monday. Can you help?

    @TSB mobile app down again!!!? Has asked me for my log in details but not receiving the OTP so I can’t get into my accounts 😤😤 this is beyond a joke how often this happens!

    @TSB tried to open a business account today. Terrible customer service advisor . Could not help me . Can't help me over the phone to set up an account as he is busy with other calls apparently. Do not recommend!!

    Hi @TSB , I’ve been trying to pay my credit card but every time when I select the option, the app closes automatically. I also get an error message using internet banking on my laptop. Is there a technical issue going on? Are there other ways to pay? Thanks

    @TSB terrible ye took away counter service. Blackpool machines all broke & no counter service. Shocking this is !.
