@TSB what’s the issue with trying to approve an online debit card payment, I’ve been trying for 2 days now, the button to approve is frozen and doesn’t do anything! I’ve had to use PayPal to make the payment instead. I need this resolving and some timescales for TSB doing this?

@TSB the link to approve payments is frozen on the phone app. Any idea how to fix this? I tried logging onto computer but can’t find a link to approve payments on the website…

@TSB I have been unable to approve payments since Saturday as the Approve button on your Mobile App is frozen. I wasted forty minutes between your help line and reinstalling the app and still nothing. I am so fed up with how unreliable both your website and your app are.

@DaveDic33601923 @TSB i just rang up my local branch and told them i was having issues registering, they gave me a temp password and it was all sorted from there so if you haven’t sorted it by now i’d give that a try tomorrow and see if it works for you too bro
