@TSB The options are not customer-friendly. They seem designed for TSB's convenience. It shd be as easy to close the account as it is to move £k out of it. There is something you can do - pass my comments onto your managers (I appreciate it's not something you have control over).

All security steps - login password, 2FA, confirmation mail were compromised, mills_tools assist me on IG
