    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    @TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

    @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

    @TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

    @TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

    I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

    @TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

    Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

    @TSB Hi, I've downloaded the app on a new phone and it won't accept my user ID or allow me to reset my password. I've tried logging in on the app and the website and haven't had any luck.

    @TSB logged on to my business banking to be told I need to update app but no update is available. Google play says last update 11 May & app has been working till today. How do you expect business customers to be able to work when you require authorisation from non existant app?

    Appalled by @TSB for some time now. Today 1 & a half hours on the phone from abroad. Internet banking not working (yet again)! Cut off twice, all I asked for was Skype credit for calls reimbursed & no charge if I overdraw as I can't keep an eye on my account-they said 'No No No'!

    @TSB Was on hold for an hour to fraud team to get a block removed from my new card , told me it would be lifted in 2/3 mins , 45 mins later still not able to use my card unless it’s chip and pin I need this rectified ASAP

    @TSB @CitizensAdvice Pretty galling as the TSB don’t give a **** about their customers I know from personal experience so for them to be involved with this organisation it’s a complete joke PR stunt from the worst bank in the world absolute mongs and thieves they actually stole my money 🤫
