If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. They emailed me with an appt, which wasn't on the date or time I asked for. Just phoned up and spoke to a human and they told me the issue could only
