@TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Had an ongoing issue with my bank card for over a year. 2nd time in 1 weeks I've had to report the same issue with having a new card too. Rang 1 week later to be told its a 15 day wait for a response!! aye no worries @TSB seems reasonable to have no card or access to a branch

@TSB can you provide me with a number to be able to actually speak to someone from the customer service team please? Number ending 8758 with the automated options is useless and just go round in circles not helping with my query and my local branch are not answering either
