    Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

    I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

    @TSB 40 years customer with tsb paying £10-£22 a month in fees (average £15) thats £7400, and the level of customer service i have received over fraud is a disgrace… im so disappointed

    @TSB got a refund cheque from you. Your app doesn’t scan your own cheques 🙈 Uve closed all branches near me so 30 mins each way minimum for £11.38. Called ur helpline, asked to enter last 3 security digits of my card. I don’t have my wallet as I use Apple Pay. Any help?

    @TSB Pointless exercise… 45 mins wait time to speak to someone in mumbai… this fraud issue is the second time in less than two weeks… how does a brand new credit card… unopened arrive with £245 spent on it? Twice! Inside job

    @TSB Im having log in issues with the app. Every time I use my usual fingerprint recognisition, it comes up saying "something went wrong. Please try again latter." And when i went to use memorable information, it would say my userID or password does not match. I really need help.

    Honestly, @TSB customer service is shocking! Had over £200 stolen from my account, so I’m obviously panicking and the lady was nothing but rude! I still have no answers of when I’m getting MY money back that has been fraudulently taken!

    @TSB ive begged on the app for help and got no response I do NOT have an overdraft yet yous have paid someone that has put me in minus I cant receive money due to this and my electric is going to go off we are a vulnerable family of 7 with 2 children under 3 help please

    @TSB just had another fraudulant call about activity on my account… luckily i realised it was a scam… but im still going to have to take a morning off work to go into branch to make sure and to block the credit card i never ordered or wanted

    @TSB 90 minutes on hold for telephone banking is really taking the proverbial ! And then no help whatsoever. Customer service zilch.

    @TSB 35 minutes on hold to speak with TSB about my mother’s PoA access. Still no answer. Thankfully I am NOT a TSB customer else id be even more upset about not getting through to anyone. I think I’ll leave it to my solicitor to deal with. Thanks for nothing, TSB.
