If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.

Paul (@unsynq) reported@TSB The issue I was having reffered to the scheduled time. It said it was planned for 11:30pm, not 9:55pm or before. I only noticed it when I tried to log in at work and it was already down. If you's are planning changes to the app then stick to the original time stated.
