    @TSB this is getting ridiculous now - is there any sort of eta on the app being usable? Copying and pasting the same answer isn't really helpful - do we need to make other arrangements for payments that need to go in working hours?

    @tsb nobody can log in, and its telling us to RESET the memorable information and password. I HAVE RUN OUT of things to remember and you cant have the same answers twice... WHY? I have it all written down so its not WRONG information it just refuses to let me into my account.

    @TSB That doesn't help with confirming payments, does it? Somebody somewhere needs to be escalating these to provide better comms - I appreciate this isn't your fault, but just repeating the same completely unhelpful message is adding insult to injury. What is the fix eta?
