@TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service

@JollyAlan @TSB I was close to complaining to my local council (its my rent/council tax thats been duplicated) but thankfully saw the message about the issue being TSB (again) before I did. How can @TSB expect us to feel safe banking with them when they mess up like this...

@FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!
