    @TSB Why are you constantly wasting all of your customer's time like this every time maintenance is done? I know other banks have a similar issue from time to time. Is it time to fire the IT crew?

    @TSB This is not the case! I have not been able to access my account all day long after app went down for maintenance last night. No answer from in app chat, all automated. No answer on the phone all day long, despite their hours supposedly being 8-8 all week

    @TSB and had the same issue as before and another, where the OTP codes repeatedly don't work, Until I am now barred from my account due to suspicious activity. TSB, you are utterly useless!
