    @TSB Serious stress! We need to register LPOA in respect of terminally ill in-laws and your online/teams process messed up and wasn't appropriate anyway! Darlington branch is laughable - not even answering the phone. Need to talk to them today, preferably now. Can you help?

    @TSB is there an issue with payment approvals in the app? I’ve tried taxing my car 5 times in the last hour, used different browsers- gets to contacting your bank, says open app & go to payments to approve.. nothing

    @TSB I’ve just opened a new spend and save plus account, got new account details bank card pin all turn up but it’s not working? I’ve got a spend and save normal account, opened the new one but no way of accessing it online?? I’m not sure what to do

    @TSB Twitter have blocked me from sending some DMs (not to everyone, it makes no sense)… the pop-up about the cookies can’t be closed. All I can do is scroll the whole page, the pop-up stays on screen. So all I can see is a tiny sliver of the website.

    @TSB Ok maybe it will arrive soon. And yes I switched accounts and registered last Friday. I see there’s an option to request another one on the website
