  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.
