@TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB I have a severe disability, involved in a crash recently, in immense pain can’t take medication, money didn’t come out of cash point, staff refused to help, so much for community banking, disgusting behaviour…

@TSB I’m extremely frustrated because this is every 3-4 weeks and I can’t be bothered with the anxiety of not being able to access my account when I’m in situations where I need to. I will be closing my account within the next week. Never any bother with Halifax
