  @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

  @TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB Hi, you have blocked my card and your shiny new automated system has broken. I have spent 3 hours calling your CS teams and not yet got through to fraud. This is a joke of a service, please contact me.
