@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.

@TSB The previous working day for your lot being nearly a WEEK before. For me, and many others, we were working on the 2nd. Anything to smack us with some charges. Also, still discrimination.
