  @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

  Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

  @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

  @TSB @ApTapUK Banning crypto is not your decision to make. You offer the service customers want. If your notification systems are not adequate enough to notify customers that they may be getting scammed then upgrade. Educate your customers more on scams through email and tv ads.

  @TSB I've been trying to transfer my money out my account all morning , and you keep blocking me out of it , I've spoken to your fraud team twice and it's still not working. Got lads that want wages and I can't pay them untill I can transfer , I'll be moving to @StarlingBank

  @TSB @knicky74 So the sole aim is basically to stop people buying cryptocurrency. That is without a doubt not going to happen. What will happen is customers will just take their business elsewhere. I really don’t understand how you can’t see this. Customer of 15 years and I’m off to Barclays 👍

  @bits_infinity @TSB I’ve sent thousands of pounds to binance. Never once have I had an issue. However when I tried this morning, my transfer failed. I tried more 3 times and was refunded 3 times. After speaking with TSB on the telephone they confirmed that they are stopping payments to exchanges.

  @TSB That makes no difference it's 50/50 each time I try to access my online banking and from the other tweets I'm not the only one. When will this be fixed?
