    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help 😩

    @TSB Just had the worse customer service tonight. Called TSB re and unauthorised charge for PlayStation. I got a call taker who clearly does not have a personality or ability to speak English. She was so unwilling to help or go the extra step. No good.

    What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

    @TSB you aren’t meant to be taking your online/mobile banking maintenance till 11pm. It’s just after 9.50pm, I’ve gone to transfer my son money to get a train ticket and can’t. This is terrible, especially with being a new cust. The service should be available. What am I to do?

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB new customer. the app doesn't give instant spending notifications. am I missing something?
