@JulieSm49260846 @TSB I'm having the same issue. When I turn of mobile data it works via WiFi so doesn't look to be a tsb fault this time. Something to do with the mobile networks. Been like this for 2 days. I uninstalled the app, changed my log in details, tried everything but now seen this

@TSB I only have mobile data no Wi-Fi. Cannot log in by computer as I don't have one. I have arthritis in spine. On benefits. My elec pre payment meter has run out. No elec now. Cannot get to shop to top up elec. I rely on your system for internet mobile banking for everything.

@MikeT1152 @TSB Same! It is all over social media so looks like it is an issue with the app. Wish they would put out a statement and just let us know when it will be fixed. Nightmare when this keeps happening and I have bills to pay.
