    @TSB Have now received call from TSB on Friday 25/09. Unable to resolve issue. Still unable to access my personal or business account online. Causing considerable embarrassment unable to pay bills due. Pay £25 pcm to TSB for account and charges for Business acc?

    @TSB Hi. Payment was attempted last night and an instant text message was received stating TSB no longer support payments to crypto currency companies. The attempted deposit was to Kracken, one of the largest crypto companies in the world.

    @TSB we have recently moved house and managed to update our address with you for our accounts however you will not let me update our 14 year old child account to new address without going into a branch - which you have closed down.
