    @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

    @TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever itโ€™s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesnโ€™t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!
