@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB_News @TSB I can't believe that there closing down the Bermondsey TSB branch next year in April. When Barclays in Bermondsey closed down all their customers went to TSB. now TSB is going what are the locals going to do now. The next nearest bank is Halifax in surrey quays.

@bendashper @TSB Yeah, had the local @RBS_Help branch shut down years ago, now there’s no bank branch anywhere in Possilpark, it seems like banks are moving to online/urban centres and are leaving many residents out to dry across Scotland

Bank @TSB , which had 475 branches a year ago, is axing 70 more branches, to leave it with just 220. So much for customer service

@tescobankhelp trying to transfer a balance from a @TSB credit card to Tesco credit card which keeps failing. We checked with TSB and they said it’s a technical problem your end. The balance is way below the available credit by the way.

@TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

Buying something from a UK Apple store? Don’t use a @TSB card because @TSB won’t be able to pay. Transaction declined and TSB call centre says they can’t do anything to help, just use another card from another bank!

Good old @TSB as great as ever for customer service. Payments to @Apple not going through and TSB suggest just to get someone else to do the purchase as they are aware of the issue. FIX THE ISSUE!
