    @TSB Sure, I can do that. I don't have any screen shots. To update, @JonnySherlock 's tip of linking on a Chrome incognito page has worked for now, surely the Tsb IT team can follow the breadcrumbs to whatever the problem is?

    @TSB is there a way to live chat for a business account query? Or get someone to call back? We were on hold to the fraud team for an hour earlier in the week & they hung up without resolving the issue. I think our account is still blocked. Can you help?

    Yet again locked out my @TSB mobile app. Cannot authenticate my log in and needs set up again. Been using the same device for about 4yrs and only recently had to set it back up again.

    @TSB I’ve still not got a response from customer relations, my account is still being closed for not a good enough reason. No way to contact the complaints team, the only response I keep getting is my msg will be passed on and it will take upto 8 weeks for them to review my case

    @TSB Literally nothing happens. The accounts were previously linked, and now they aren't, and won't relink. The Xero site redirects to TSB login page, which won't function. When I've entered my bank details & clicked to login, nothing happens.

    @TSB Hi TSB Called in today to discuss an issue, the person I spoke to was giving me incorrect legal advice when I ask what law/act etc it was to clarify they refused to clarify. Want to put in a complaint against this,financial company shouldn't be giving out wrongful info

    @TSB The ongoing problem is between @xero and @tsb accounts not remaining linked. Users have been complaining about this for almost a year, please do what you can to escalate this know issue?
