@TSB your fraud report line states it is open until 23:00 but when you finally get past all the security **** it says it closes at 21:00 - not great & open to fraud - very poor

@TSB the portal is still rubbish and doing the same thing ask long to verify the same computer that I have been using to access my account for 10 years! It never used to do this!

Is it me??? How can @TSB require security question for a business account, asking for the current balance? Do businesses generally know what customer payments have just been made to an account??? Are we supposed to always have access to this?
