    Trouble with @TSB - "We weren't able to do that. We're having trouble trying to authenticate your login." Wouldn't be too worried if I wasn't having to confirm a payment for electric which is about to go on emergency. Neither me, my wife or our daughter can access our accounts.

    @macksonwakama @TSB same issue for me you can't even log in. @TSB why can't you just put an announcement out that there are issues with your banking app..Talk n inform !!! we are your customers. what is going on? when will the issue be fixed....again we sit in the dark...great customer care..NOT

    @TSB Can you please do something about your online banking, both the site and the app? My wife is constantly getting errors and the process to reset passwords is a complete joke
