    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @StarlingBank The second worst bank ever ( after @TSB ) Got my card today , the pin does not work , the card does not work , the help service is useless. Will close my account today. Go to Revolut , do not waste your time with starling.

    @TSB is there a delay with the post. My elderly father has been waiting for forms to sign up for telephone banking for over a week, and he was told 2-3 days. It's been approx 8ndays (6 working days) Can you help? Can you email me the forms?

    @TSB your customer service help line is anything but helpful. I'm actually glad I'm not a customer and if my query comes to fruition I have no faith that you would actually care or do anything about it

    @TSB Having problems receiving code for payment authentication….AGAIN! When a code finally came through it was rejected as it had been too long to get here. Why do you do this every month end?
