Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB TSB not authorising online card payments. Codes come through 12-24 hours after trying to make payments and refusing to discuss the issue over the phone . Awful customer service - AGAIN !

@CFC94_ @TSB I'm looking at moving to Starling Bank when they get back up. I don't have family. When they do this I don't have access to any money at all. I'm surprised the regulators don't sanction them or shut them down.

@TSB So this problem has run over into today. I need to pay for my shopping! When will it be fixed?? I was sent over 40 codes during the night....why??? They don't work!! 🤬🤬

@Elseandrew @TSB how can a bank with high security have the wrong phone number @ as i get the same problem ,and they told me there is only one number attached to my account which is the correct one
