  Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

  @TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.

  @MarleyBoxer14 @TSB_News @TSB Ive had major issues with santander that stretches back nearly 2 decades sadly now will probably have to go through it all over again, without doubt the worst people I've delat with in 40yr.😒

  Seriously @TSB your app is down on a bank holiday payday? Why is this a regular occurrence? Why should people continue to bank with you? Maybe Santander taking you over will sort the crap out 🤔 #tsb
