  Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!

  What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

  @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?
