@TSB i put my bank account # on my card application to make payments from savings which is different # from checking but it switched to my checking with 5 bucks. I now have a return that is 29.95 that i did not authorize to use this account. Customer service is no help either.

  • Mike142k Michael Holley (@Mike142k) reported

@TSB A scheduled payment has left my account but its not appeared in the receiving account yet? Usually its there within 15 minutes. Is there a payments issue just now?

  • CuriousScutter Jack Garfinkel (@CuriousScutter) reported

@TSB .@TSB can only send out cards and new PINs by post. They cannot help you in branch, even if you have ID. They can give you cash, which is nice but also very 2010. Their staff are polite, but the bank's policies mean they can't help.

@TSB so what was the issue, where did that money disappear to?

  • Elesalvatore86 Elenaskim86 (@Elesalvatore86) reported

@TSB I can't reactivate my isa on your site it keeps on saying you are having technical issues?

  • Mali_D M (@Mali_D) reported

@TSB Please can you put some messaging in a pinned tweet and update it regularly. When will it be resolved? I now have no money to get into work this morning. Some mass communications when issues like this occur would be helpful to ensure everyone knows.

@TSB is there a problem with Standing orders today? My SO hasn’t went out today and one that I receive hasn’t went into my account. What’s going on?

  • BeckyMoorcroftx Rebecca..x 🦋 (@BeckyMoorcroftx) reported

@TSB Hi a regular scheduled standing order has left my account but has not been received by the recipient. Is this a known issue?

  • twittheNeil Neil Christie (@twittheNeil) reported

@TSB Had two payments due today and they are showing as being made in my account but what’s the reason behind the second payment, to each, of £0.00 to each? I see others have had problems too, mine just part of the same.

@TSB Hey Rich, just a Savings Account - I changed my current account from TSB in 2018 to Monzo after the server migration fiasco, I'm not looking to transfer it currently it's just if I need to in the future, what my options are for getting it out without doing it in cash
