@TSB I’m running the latest version of the app, I can login using the website but it’s not ideal, I have tried turning off WiFi and using Airplane Mode but it still doesn’t open

@TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

@TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.
