@TSB This bank is a joke. Constant problems and never get to speak to a single person. It’s happened to everyone I know that has a TSB account and it’s not ‘some issues’ it’s a very serious issue

@MoneySavingExp @TSB They have known about this issue all morning and still haven't refunded the money and are just sending out the same apology message to everyone with no update about when we will get our money back... I am personally down £1505 !!!! 😡🤬

@TSB Do you have any further update on the duplicate payment issue, communication on this issue really has been disgraceful, when are monies to be refunded to my account? The response from @TSB is not good enough 😡

@TSB That isn't the point yet again it is another issue with TSB. My daughter had to go to school with credit in her phone so if she has a problem on the way home from school she can't contact me. I can't video call her either as she has no data. Money should not have been taken
