    @integrar what a poor customer service! 7 weeks of follow up and No response to phones calls, emails, complaints or messages. Why does @TSB use them as a conveyancer! @TSB - you should look into this as it reflects very poorly on you.

    @TSB Nothing happens i dont have the app I just pay with my card online ever since bank holiday it stopped working carnt even send money into my account im just assuming its on your side and will likely get fixed when bank holiday is up

    @TSB Tried that, gives me my user ID, which is what I've been using and when I try again I get the same error code. I can't log on the app either it tells me to set up my device, so I've deleted and re tried still no joy.

    @TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.
