    @TSB Hello, I need to transfer money between my accounts to pay for something but I'm getting an error/technical issue whenever I try to do this. It's urgent that I can get this money into my account otherwise I'll be overdrawn.

    @TSB second day of no online banking services, this is a complete fiasco, and the complete lack of Custer service makes it even worse. I am not being penalised for late payments because of your failures. Account will be closed by the end of the week!!!!

    @TSB No I didn’t! You told me to go on the council website which I said I was on! But I need to approve the payment which I can’t do as your system is down!! So you suggested I go on the system

    @TSB I received an automated call from 0345 351 1694 asking me to press any button to continue. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. Is this a genuine number? I had a payment issue yesterday as I could not access the app to approve a payment.
