@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@safetynetnorth @TSB Very sadly there is nothing at all in the @TSB announcement that tells male domestic abuse victims, who represent every third victim, whether they can seek help through this helpful scheme. If it is for men too, they need to clearly state that it is.

@TSB it worked this morning. I know your website was never properly fixed after the 2018 disaster so this is probably another example. The babble text that appears during the authorisation process shows that no-one is checking. I would attach a screenshot but twitter faulty too!

@TSB Will the Bus Banking integration with XERO *ever* work? Constantly being disconnected and it's an absolute pain to reconnect. Works briefly if I reconnect with Safari browser but drops off again soon after. Looking for other banking alternatives at this rate! PLS FIX THIS!

@TSB Why is it that *every* time I log in on my PC to both my personal and business accounts, I have to verify it with a code. Every time the code lets me in, I click that the device is trusted. But then the next time it happens again.

@TSB Thanks .. issue was I needed to do via a browser and not your app. It doesn’t work via your app.
