    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB Hello, I've been trying to get on to my mobile banking app for the past couple of days now and I'm still getting hit with the "service unavailable" message. Is there any ETA when this will be fixed? It's kinda annoying that I can't do what I need to do.
