@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB If you're going to have major problems with money transfers and you have a public online presence, can't you at least put out a service update? You've lost £2,500 of my wages. At least give me an idea of when you'll fix it.

@TSB @STEVEO_HULL Same problem here. No trace of sending nor received yet money gone from the account. Although it’s all up and working now but still with no trace of sending that money. Wonder if we’re all going to have to call up about our missing money. This bank is a farce.

@gray_jonathan @TSB @TSB got lucky about 5AM (might I add after trying to get through to your 24/7 line, the money finally transferred, and there was no Text/SMS as your auto service said would happen!!

@imo_ebbo @TSB Get on the right track, I know some banks have it's issues from time to time, espcially with Nationwide, OMG. I was paying £14 a month for this "special" card which was in Silver and they charged me this monthly fee due to Insurance I never used so that's why I changed.
