@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB This is so frustrating, seems to be a constant issue with you, especially on payday. People rely on the app to pay bills etc, this is a ridiculously poor service.

@TSB Your apps an absolute joke. Can't even cash cheques with it like other banks. Expect us to go into a branch like a barbarian, that's if we can find one that you haven't closed down.

@TSB Been thinking of moving for a while now. This is the final straw. I am on holiday with no access to my bank account so can't transfer money to pay for anything!! Not on!!!!

@TSB This is ridiculous. Spent an hour trying to access my account on the app, then finally get in and now I’m unable to make payments. Called up and spoken to someone who was unable to help, then her system went down so been put back in the queue again. Absolute joke.

Suprise suprise, @TSB mobile app down again. Only bank with them as "the only bank in the village" but seeing as they've decided to close that branch may be time to look else where.
