  I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

  @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

  @ahdamnpahpah @TSB Awful people, terrible bank. “The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020”

  @TSB This is in reply to an email asking me to switch my account to you. I cannot reply to this email. This is just rude. In the banking crisis ou charged me £10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.
