Etienne (@EtienneJS) reported@TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.
-
MBUR337 (@MBUR337) reportedConcern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/
-
Dmp (@Prosserd68) reported@Ginger_Tucci @TSB Completely agree still can't access some of my accounts
-
Lois Sandwich (@lois_sandwich) reported@TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

Paul (@My_Living_Hell) reported@TSB Unfortunately sending a private message to you is not working

Minter79Man (@Minter79Man) reported@TSB App and website down, no way to confirm payments have gone out, any ideas when whatever issue it is this time will be fixed ?
-
Ginger Tucci (@Ginger_Tucci) reported@WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

Paschal Ochang (@pascosoft) reported@TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.
