@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!

Good old @TSB as great as ever for customer service. Payments to @Apple not going through and TSB suggest just to get someone else to do the purchase as they are aware of the issue. FIX THE ISSUE!
