Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@TSB Last able to log in just before 8am this morning. Been paid, can't transfer any money into my bills and food shopping account. Also can't tell what I have I the bank! Currently 6 hours I and its still down. TSB you are a joke

@TSB @HeatherHeggie Not ‘May be experiencing issues’ it’s absolutely happening. I can’t move my wages to joint account to cover mortgage, so if I’m charged for that, you can absolutely pay that charge with interest. Like your bank would do.
