  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @TSB absolutely terrible bank, I will be leaving! Going to a bank I can trust with my money, I was dealing with a customer who did a bank transfer with a large sim of money, with no way of checking it had been delivered. Terrible bank

  @TSB hi I’m having issues logging into app it wouldn’t except all of sudden Face ID tried to log in with user ID it won’t except it I’ve done reset ID using bank details it’s not excepting that help please

  TSB are a bunch of incompetent arseholes. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve been locked out of my account now due to errors on their end. @TSB I’ve banked with you since birth and tonight I’ve had enough. I’ve switched over to another bank.
