  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  @WhowhatWah @TSB Yeah it wasn’t the app, it was the data site and the thing came from Apple itself but yeah I’m not changing anything yet ! :)

  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   These customers paying well over their current minimum payment terms if you are a @TSB customer, and you follow the terms in one of these letters you will be forced by @TSB to place yourself In persistent debt with TSB rather than being a good paying customer you will then be 2/

  @TSB Well it’s hellish and useless, just been cut off by the fraud line when I was being transferred to a human. No I will not discuss this on here. I will need to travel to a branch on Monday. Utterly useless non service

  @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasn’t been despatched. I’ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they don’t reply.

  @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

  @TSB so fed up with TSB already, new customer and can't even get onto online banking and TSB make it more difficult than any bank I've ever used! I'm not jumping through your hoops anymore! #poorcustomerservice
