Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@WhowhatWah @TSB Yeah it wasn’t the app, it was the data site and the thing came from Apple itself but yeah I’m not changing anything yet ! :)

@TSB What other steps have you taken as a body to shield us(customer) against scam and fraud aside telling us to protect our pins and more.Providing fraud protection is overrated and saying you will refund a duped customer ain’t a good selling point enough.

@TSB Is anything at all being done to resolve the bug issue with the connection to @Xero I have to update every single day and quite often that refuses to work either. Why can't you get a handle on your digital platform?
