  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

  @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

  @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help 😩
