I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
