    @TSB You should offer a call back service, I need to contact you ref fraud. On hold for 1 hour, cut off before speaking to anyone. Tried again still waiting after 1 hour! Absolute joke…

    @Xero @TSB our bank feed disconnected in the last week. Daily, I've tried to reconnect, I've complained to both companies and raised cases and nothing seems to happen or work. At this point, I dont care whose fault it is, just that someone can fix it. 😢

    @TSB That’s awful service Rich to be honest. I shouldn’t have to hold on for over an hour for the Fraud department- that should be a priority. I’ll try again and if I can’t get through before you close at 9, can I go into a branch to sort it out (if I can find one that’s still open)

    @TSB on a Saturday night u decide to break your app. What are doing! I can’t access my money, I need it now and without warning you have done this. Where is your regulation, where is your standards, where is your decency. u offer services and not deliver to this abysmal level

    @TSB I tried to access my online account last night and couldn’t. I spoke to someone earlier who said they had to put me through to the fraud dept, but I hung on for an hour with no answer. I’ve tried twice more for over 30 mins with no luck. I need access to my account !!!!!
