@TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

@TSB very poor service of this bank my account was blocked since yesterday I was trying to call customer care after tried 20 times still no executive able to resolve it. I went to the branch but it was closed pathetic service

@TSB Not helped by who was opening the door blaming the customer "from what I seen". Stated you may have seen but didn't hear. Not a good look blaming an elderly customer. - by all accounts the safe wouldn't close hmmmmm.

@TSB I am trying to make a purchase online, when going to process the payment, the website asks me to go in to my mobile banking app and to the payments tab to authorise the payment, however when I do so nothing on the app pops up or anything to approve
