@TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

@TSB Why oh why does your online banking page keep not recognising the same log in details I’ve used for several years??? It’s driving me crazy & I’m seriously considering moving banks because of it. You’ve become absolutely shite since splitting with Lloyds 😡🤬

@Debbiecrosbie1 Is it the objective of your customer relations team @TSB to fob off customers and generally patronise them and fail to address their issues. If it is then they deserve a handsome bonus.

@FilmPhilDoc @TSB Gave up on the High Street banks a few years ago and switched fully over to Monzo. Haven't looked back, never had a problem with anything with them and the many features were instantly beneficial for me.

@TSB This is tragic 🥲 The OTP phone call just hangs up and when the text finally arrives the website crashes when I enter it. If I could actually access my money I’d withdraw it all from TSB.

@TSB I work for a scheme supporting adults with MH issues. What help do u offer adults with poor English who can’t get through security because they don’t understand what the operative is asking?

@FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

@TSB when will you finally sort out Internet banking. Down again. Please can you explain why I should stay with TSB?
