@TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

@TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice

@TSB No error messages no. It looked like the page wouldn’t load properly and the approval button wouldn’t work. It’s not a service I require and if it’s going to be permanent I shall move my accounts.

@TSB Hi, I can see that both I and many other people are struggling with the TSB app this morning. It’s asking to approve a payment but the button is frozen and not working. Please sort this out ASAP. Very poor service.
