@TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

@TSB Got better quiz for you guys. Any idea when online banking will be working again? Can't log in via Android/iOS/PC. Homing pigeon would make money transfer happen sooner. Laughing stock amongst all banks :}

@TSB @HunterJay67 A previous CEO stated "some customers" during a past outage and he was sacked. This impacts "all customers" so learn by your mistakes, be transparent and honest with us. Don't be a Boris.

@TSB @itsonly_h I haven't been able to access my account for 3 days now! I just get Bad Request 400 and 'something went wrong'. I have bills to pay to people who have livelihoods! When are you sorting this out?
