    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB Seriously considering changing banks. Your app is down regularly. Oh and remember that time you allowed payments to go out twice leaving people out of pocket for a few days! Only compensating people when they requested it.

    @TSB This was essential at 12am it’s now been down for 10 hours, worst company for this never happens with my #monzo account.
