    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    The TSB Bank website looks to be down! A bank website down, in this age has it been hacked? Doesn’t give me much confidence! @TSB @BBCNews @SkyNews
