@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

@TSB The issue is that while U work on this, Google play offers a third party app under your details, so people might download it and use their login details to try to log in effectively giving someone their login details for nothing. Why don't you let your customers know about App?

@TSB trying to set up the banking app for my TSB mortgage for 3 days. Initial problem diagnosed as my ‘phone no had been incorrectly formatted. Still can’t set up. Now been on telephone to CS for 42 minutes. CS said need to speak to mortgages… mortgages not answering 😠

@TSB I have had the worst customer service call ever, My card details have been used without my permission and they could not tell how the card details were stolen and how @TSB was going to stop this happening again for a third time asked for update to investigation to be told NO
