    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Yes I'm now able to login but frankly Im done with this ****, every week this bug reappears and now I'm just going to nationwide, **** your bank and your shite services, it makes sense that the worst bank to man is now buying out your bank.

    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then
