    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    Surprise surprise, @TSB app is down again. Absolute **** show. How are people suppose to manage their accounts if you're closing local branches, and your online facility isn't working? But I'll still get charged if my CC bill is late. Time to find a new bank
