    @TSB @PrideOfBritain I was a TSB customer. I woke up and found it was Lloyd's TSB. Staying faithful for decades. Woke up one day and found I was a Lloyd's customer. Closed my account. Rejoined tsb and when an issue arose, told to close my account. So I did. Never again.

    Quarter of an hour on hold now, @TSB Mortgages. You need better customer service / more customer service advisers.

    @TSB folks, your customer service is horrible. The waiting times are just "indefinitely" long. My wife has been on the phone for over an hour (twice) but no luck. All because you blocked a payment and asked her to call a number that she can't get through to... Ridiculous!!

    @Bitdefender @TSB Attempting to log into the UK based TSB bank in Bitdefender Safepay gives an 'Update your browser' error. Is this something you need to resolve @TSB with Bitdefender please?

    Every single payday, you can guarantee that the @TSB app will be down, as if people don’t have bills to pay and transactions to make, it’s the last day of the ******* month!!!!!!!!!!

    @TSB have THE WORSE complaints procedure, their staff, namely Jeremy Nichols*n instead of trying to resolve the issue he attempted to provoke me into an argument with false information and proceeded to tell me it's the banks stance. To provoke it's customers?? #DeadBank

    @TSB worst bank ever! Block my sisters account and won’t tell her why! Then they tell her she cant access her money even though that’s all she has to feed her kids! Disgusting
