    Ha Ha @TSB " we will support your business but actually we wont because we are shutting the branch where you live so we dont actually care about you at all, dont be fooled! Told the manager automation was the route to her P45 & less than a yr later its come true #despicable

    @TSB my partners just set up an online banking, it set the account password as random letters and numbers before we had a chance to write it down, kicked us out and now we can’t log back in. telephone says can’t connect call, we have two password attempts left, please help!!

    @TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

    @TSB hi. Someone has used my card to sign up for Amazon Prime, it’s not a direct debit so I can’t cancel it on the app. Can you do something to stop it happening again please, and ideally chase down the two payments that have already gone as well. Thanks
