    @TSB How long does a Visa Debit card payment take to fall off? I stopped in a hotel and was not happy with the stay. The manager said that rather than issue a refund, they just wouldn't complete the transaction (no idea why). Payment has been pending since 27/09. TIA.

    How long does it take for @TSB @TSB_News Bank to actually help their customers? - 1 month later still nothing - 1-5 customer support calls - endless messages on Twitter Plus more. What do you think guys?
