@TSB No I kind of jumped the gun and was going to use it for new uni course, however have found out I’m eligible for student loan help so will explore that avenue instead. Am I ok to essentially disregard the letter then and not worry that the repayment will be automatically taken?

@TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

Spoke to reps: @HalifaxBank - little girl, scruffy, agitated, ignorant, masked, no help at all. @TSB - young lady, smart, bright, positive, helpful. @Barclays - gave up waiting (30mins) - 2 reps attending one person…
