    @TSB your app is misbehaving again. The three squares requiring information above the log in button are not visible. Please sort ASAP. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service

    Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. It’s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please I’d love to see in and out goings etc.

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.

    @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

    @TSB Considering the amount of people having this same problem this is clearly a problem on your end. My wi-fi is fine
