    @TSB Why are card authorisations not working? @TSB love to be enjoying the bank holiday weekend as implied but I've been on the phone for 1hr 30mins and your app authorisation and OTPs are not working!

    @TSB my sister has had over a thousand pounds taken from her account, without consent, she is now in debt. Took you two hours to alert her, she waited alf an hr to speak to the fraud team, nobody tells her where to send the dispute form to? Your customer service is a disgrace.

    @TSB cannot log into online banking, it says having problems to authenticate my log in details. (Which are correct) Keeps telling me to set up device again, which I do. Still Nothing 😡

    @TSB i dont think DMs are a soulution to the issue looking at the issues on twitter just got a otp as i type this. 30 mins later my payment had timed out on the council web site
