@TSB your mobile banking app does not appear to be working this morning. I can't even get to the landing page. Are you aware of any reason for this?

@TSB your app is misbehaving again. The three squares requiring information above the log in button are not visible. Please sort ASAP. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service

@andymellor67 @TSB This is clearly a widerissue but all we get is to give our details by a DM. Clearly there is an issue TSB end but it feels like they are just stalling instead of admitting it.

@tsb Tried to verify two online payments today on the app. The approve button is not working. Used @PayPal instead. TSB IT failures are getting quite tedious.

@TSB Hello! Is the Approve Payment bit of your app broken atm? I’ve been trying to buy something online for 3 days but it won’t let me click on approve payment. Is there an alternative way of buying things online?

@debsdelaney71 @TSB Well said ! TSB seem reluctant to simply admit there is a widespread issue here. Instead they suggest that customers follow steps that will not solve the issue. Customers understand there can be issues. Being honest would help.
