    @TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

    @TSB It's payday and people cannot access their accounts, I hope you won't bounce any DDs as people may only have a certain window they can do their banking in. Sort it out this is FAR too often.

    @TSB @tsb WTF sort this right now I can use my card for transactions in store tried chip and pin to … can’t use my app to transfer money to get access to cash you absolute joke of a bank.
