It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

Lee Hewat (@Leehewat28) reported@TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking ยฃ10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

Itโs just after 9.50pm, Iโve gone to transfer my son money to get a train ticket and canโt. This is terrible, especially with being a new cust. The service should be available. What am I to do?

Will be moving all my accounts.
