Post on twitter / Facebook to tell people there is an issue. The app could say something like 'our services are down', telling people to reinstall, etc, isn't good.

Ppl with mobility issues cannot walk an 8mile round trip to withdraw money. Coercion on a grand scale. TSB was always used
