@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

@TSB is there an issue with online banking? I've been trying to log on since yesterday & it keeps saying ERRSCAO2: Sorry, something went wrong.

@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB Hi – all sorted now after a phone call. It appears the site your end wasn’t registering that the memorable word had been changed in the reset, so the operator had to clear all the security details to start fresh. Worth looking into as it was pretty frustrating!

Day 4 trying to get through to the @TSB fraud team. Apparently running at 50% staff due to COViD - horrific customer service nonetheless. No calls back, complaint doesn’t work and can’t fix in branch 🙄

Working with the UK High Street banks from afar. @LloydsBank polite, want to help, call when expected. @TSB the complete opposite. Unable to help, unable to call back, open complaints dating back years. :\

@TSB I can understand that your branch at St Andrews is closed due to Covid in the branch, but it is a very poor service when the machine that provides envelopes so that cheques/money can still be paid in, is “temporarily out of service till Monday”.

@TSB I had my phone stolen last night and need to access my account today — but online banking requires an OTP which is obviously being sent to a phone I no longer possess (and replacement SIM/phone won’t be with me for a couple of days). How can I gain access to my account?
