    @TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

    @TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

    @TSB I don’t think that’s relevant, the problem is you don’t do counter service so no customers can withdraw over £500 on weekends. transferred the money over to an account I hold with @Nationwide and went to their branch. They were so so helpful couldn’t do enough for their customers

    @TSB Good morning Beth, I still need to make the withdrawal but it is not urgent so I will contact them myself as clearly they are not competent enough to perform such a simple task as to call a customer of many years.🙄

    @TSB what kind of bank r u when customer services cant answer a simple question about yr procedure and dep of money called at 10=50 am today he did not know ,said he would have to call my branch. Policy is standard not diff at every branch. Closing my account

    @TSB Yes - can’t get through on the phones, automated reply tells me to speak to someone! I’ve been a customer for 25 years but just feel it’s so much hassle when I want to move money to my own account!

    @Shawh01847889 @TSB Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @lelaakxi to me and they help me recover my account back. He’s an expert.
