It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking Β£10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?
