@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB Bank transfers are blocked to. Surely you can put the responsibility on the customer with “are you prepared to accept the responsibility of losing your money” yes/no Rather than blanket ban to keep money within your banks own ecosystem

@TSB Seems the system needs checking again, had a suspicious email from TSB to check my number was up to date to then get a text message saying someone was trying to pay me money through PayM and turns out the email was spam as it didn’t correlate with any of the emails on website

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

He also said that they’d been aware of the problem for the past 5 weeks?????? Sorry but it’s been 2 YEARS!!! He advised me to either buy from a different company or use a different banks card. I only have a @TSB bank account but maybe I should change to different bank🤔🤔🤔

Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

@hippytea1 @TSB Did you get an answer to all this? Any resolution? 3 days sounds crap. Was it all legit? Surely they should be able to tell what's what quicker than that. And surely if they just change your a/c number that is gonna stop 99% of fraudsters unless they somehow have direct access..?

@TSB I live in a busy area in London - near multiple high streets, a major train station, and a tube station, yet it's a 20 minute drive to the closest branch that is still open (with limited hours). That's appalling customer service.
