@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

What’s the point in a “Service Status” page when @TSB’s status page is showing all “Available” when both web site and app are showing “Unavailable” when trying to log in for over an hour. And unless you can export CSV files over the phone no point me trying to call.

When you spend 2.5 hrs of your dam life life to get through to pay car insurance and the bank @TSB block your payment incase its fraud sent me a text after 3 attempts by the insurers then that system blocked even tho I set up Autorenew for my car ins 3rd Yr NOW NO INSURAN

@TSB Not sure who to contact in regards to it, hence asking here! In bank can't help with replacement. Debit card. Yes, have access to mobile app. Money in account, no restrictions. As I said, I literally put the card in the reader, did not enter any pin and it came up with "last try"

@TSB can you advise when your online banking will be up again? Keep getting an oops message when trying to log in. Looks like numerous other customers have let you know but you haven't let anyone know when this fault will be fixed?
