I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

Spoke to a lovely woman called Hannah yesterday about how I’ve been treated, a quick response about my complaint would be nice, you couldn’t care less.

I've actually had good service from TSB on personal and business accounts and like the online side but I know plenty who have had issues. The letter they've sent you looks very amateurish and not the language I expect would meet their corporate standards.

Scott Orr🏴 (@scottorr70) reported@TSB So pray tell me, how does one get a 4G text message when you’re on a oil rig in the middle of the sea. Answer is impossible to open up my phone app. Equals no access to app and won’t be able to officially pay bills etc… as your service can’t send messages via Wi-Fi to mobiles.

No manager available to speak to for 24 hours, department that sends letters won't take calls & then put through to a closed phone line. £1300 taken from my account & they don't care!
