    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    I didn’t want to leave @LloydsBank - didn’t have a problem ever till they got broken up and then @TSB #christ the customer service 😵‍💫

    @TSB Had a TSB bank account for over 15 years used to be Lloyds tsb I have to say I have had nothing but problems with your app & mobile banking and now every month my card gets blocked for making payments I have made before and all you say parrot fashion is it’s our system tsb=crap.

    @santanderuk @TSB Met another elderly men with his son outside who drove over 20miles to get a statement they needed.. I recommended they phone they said they had tried but no one could understand them.. This is awful for the most vulnerable

    @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

    @TSB NO IT'S OK WHAT IS THE POINT I'VE GOT TO GET MORE ID I'VE PROVEN WHO I AM ALL BECAUSE MY NAME NEVER CAME ON THE ELECTRIC ROLE WITCH A SHOULD HIM MY PROF BUT NOT ANUFF. IF COME OVER IN A BOAT A WOULD GET AN ACCOUNT NOT A PROBLEM. SO A WILL JUST HAVE TO LEAVE IT WHEN MY MUM DIES A

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
