    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked peoples bank accounts? Why have you blocked peoples bank cards? Why can people not access their own money? Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.

    @TSB is there a problem with your online banking (Sunday 14/9) tried paying for a McDonald’s using their app - all ok till you wanted me to authenticate with a code but your app wouldn’t let me click on my mobile number to do it - not good!

    @TSB Yous seem to do all these works and maintenance all the time yo the apps etc but its still shite .. always issues with the app and never see much improvement waste a time and money these maintenance works because nothing seems to ever change and always issues 🙄

    @TSB How can you not tell me which of my accounts was compromised? Are you completely unaware of company's requesting money? Id honestly love to know what protocols are in place, where you are unable to advise a customer of over 30 years on which account was compromised

    @TSB A week ago I sent a message to your "live" chat requesting statements. They still haven't had the decency to reply to me. I need my statements.. but your incompetence of a bank couldn't be bothered to reply in a decent time scale. A week. And nothing. Awful

    @TSB Your banking app is down again at the moment. For two days I have finished work and been unable to stop for petrol due to payments not working. I will be seeing compensation. When will this be sorted out?
