    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB your bank is appalling. Customer service is non existent. Business card frozen on Tuesday & we’ve been on hold for hours trying to get through to someone that can sort the issue since then. Calls get disconnected after 50mins on hold. How are we supposed to run our business

    @TSB my mother has been trying for over a year to get her deposit back on a holiday that was cancelled due to covid. You have ignored her emails and she can not get through on your 0345 number that is costing her a lot of money every day she has tried calling. Disgusting service!

    @TSB your ridiculous new shop with a cash point in it in Western Rd Brighton has been closed for weeks now. When is it going to open again? you must have a date surely. There is no sign in the window. Because of all your closures the nearest one is 25-30 miles away 😡😡😡

    My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔

    @TSB used my credit card a couple times yesterday & it was fine, tried a transaction last night & was declined. Now i log in to online banking and it’s not in my accounts at all? Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Had no contact from the bank at all to suggest anythings wrong?

    @domster @TSB No, there were no ads on there or anything I wanted to block so had them off. I also reported it on Brave's forum. The link to the login page goes straight there now without the browser warning so I think that they have removed it - for now.
