    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

    @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?
