To pass all security, to have done nothing wrong or remotely suspicious..then have my account and online banking locked..and expect me to drain time out of my life, holding for your convenience? Disgraceful.

Why text me saying someone will call, then no call? You must be losing so many customers. Trying to use TSB facilities is a part time job
