    @TSB I have been trying to log into internet banking for the past 7 hours - I’ve tried both the app and the internet. I’ve tried calling but just keep getting redirected to the App - WHICH I CAN’T ACCESS!! Checked everywhere if fault reported and Nothing - what is going on?

    @TSB @TSB what exactly do the staff do on a Saturday morning? Your website makes no mention of there being no counter service on a Saturday at the opening time section of your website (attached) - maybe note this on the opening times section. Absolute toytown bank.

    @TSB I have done everything TSB has asked me to do several times including switching off my mobile before reinstalling. Last week the "payments to approve" page started working WITHOUT having to follow all the rigmarole you insist.

    @TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.
