    @TSB My loss wasn't as much as others have suffered, spending nearly a 40 minute phone call complainimg to Waitrose to get to the root of the matter - now points to you. Tried to call you but lines in meltdown. After your previous problems - do I still want Tsb as a bank.🥺

    @TSB I’ve had a payment taken off same one from 2 March been on tsb chat and advised to shut down my account as I thought it was fraud now will need to wait on new bank card - chat option has been removed completely inconvenient

    @TSB MSM reported this issue this morning, but @TSB waited until the end of the day to put out an ‘oops’ statement. It’s not just one or two payments- it’s quite a few! Ridiculous!

    @shazia_dar @TSB I just wish, post the split, I’d gone to Lloyds. Never had an issue until @TSB have been at the helm. And canned responses, for an AI driven bot, doesn’t help.

    @TSB Do you have any explanation for why your mobile app seems to need to re installed and configured so frequently and why the OTP system seems to constantly fail when trying to do this? Awful!

    @TSB Finally; a resolution! And what about compensating people who have, literally, been left with nothing today? And told “ask family and friends for money” - have emailed your CEO, was palmed off to your Head of Customer Service. Still awaiting a call…

    @TSB I also find it laughable, that your social media team have been left with nothing but canned responses to issue to customers. I will be taking ALL of my accounts elsewhere as a result of this. You haven’t even sent me a personalised reply to my DM!!

    @Scott_YMW @TSB Their online has been gubbed for so long now. But this is next level. Left a lot of people with no money in their accounts and then left them with no way to contact them. Awful service.
