    @TSB It was always non contactless. Automated team screwed up sending out yet another card. It's clearly not just me with issues, over the last week alone, the amount of people getting in touch RE fraud.. that's a bank issue. Think I'll switch to someone else for my own safety

    @TSB have trained their staff in how to patronise customers. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had the smug customer service smile off her face. My poor husband now has to find time in his hectic schedule to go and pay in because I can no longer do it for him.

    @TSB Hi... I Lost My Bank Card and need to cancel it... But I can't use your phone service because I don't know my account number and I cant use Online Banking as I have no Online Banking.

    @TSB Not receiving my one time password to log in. TSB all ways seem to fail you when you need them most. Time to close my account i think.
