Attended a banking protocol job today to help safeguard an elderly person from scammers. Great work by @TSB for blocking payments. Sorry but people who try & scam the elderly & vulnerable out of their money are scumbags, plain & simple. #Fraud #TakeFive @LincsPolice @FCR_Lincs

@TSB The worst banking I have experienced in my life. Your Business Banking team has a lack of organisation, customer service skills, lack of understanding of your own banking processes, common sense. I could go on all day with the list....

@TSB please can you clarify your customer service open hours? It says till 9pm on the app, 10pm on here but 8pm the phone. I’m trying to report potential fraud and can’t get through to anyone. The self service doesn’t even offer the option I need. What am I supposed to do?

@TSB my dad has been trying to make a payment to his credit card for 4 days now and your online banking keeps crashing or saying the service is unavailable. Can't see any news formally announcing system issues??
