    @TSB how long till our money goes back into our accounts we are a family if 4 with 39p left after your error and have no electric credit left and are unable to top up due to your error you have had plenty time to credit peoples accounts why should the customers suffer

    @TSB I am very unhappy with this error on your behalf TSB. I find this extremely upsetting when i have read some of the replies you have issued to some costumers,we all have families,bills etc to pay and the fact you didnt even have the decency to email,call or a message. Shocking...

    @tsb communication is very poor . Have spent all morning trying to sort out a duplicate payment with the company - only to find out it’s (another) tsb issue

    @TSB Any update on when the >£2,000 taken from my account will be returned? This is completely unacceptable - @TSB have left a lot of people in real difficulty today and you’re still yet to resolve the issue.

    @TSB @_Milli_Milli I have done all this. Even got them to delete internet banking and reregister. Went back through the checkout and went to authorise payment again and exactly the same problem. Iv literally opened up another account and transferred money into that so I could access it
