I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB Hi, is there a way of viewing my PIN on my account rather than waiting 7 days/ working days for a reminder PIN? It's so archaic and a waste of paper to wait 7 days when other banks allow for immediate viewing after security checks have passed. Please let me know ASAP, urgent

@Matthew06372804 I'm with you Matthew. Going to close my account tomorrow because the service is so bad that its unusable. Every time I make an online payment my account gets blocked, and the only way to fix it is to call and get put on hold for hours. @TSB Complaints told me this is normal!
