Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB still unable to access internet banking via the app or the web since last night. What is going on?? Any ETA on when this will be fixed? Time to look for another bank I think, after the double payment fiasco the other month now the app constantly going down!

TSB @TSB this has been going on all day, on hols just tried to transfer some money to my Revolut card and it failed. What is the issue. If you told us instead of giving the same reply to everybody we might have some confidence in you know what your doing. Is the CIO on hols !

@TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!
