    I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

    @TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

    Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldnโ€™t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesnโ€™t accept deposits.

    @TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

    @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

    @TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

    @TSB Guys Iโ€™m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Canโ€™t use my card donโ€™t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not Iโ€™ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    @TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and donโ€™t ask customers to โ€˜checkโ€™ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so ยฃ10 would go to the balance ยฃ20 interest??

    @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises ๐Ÿคฌ

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because theyโ€™re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB ยฃ10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB Same error. Cleared cache and data for app then uninstalled & rebooted. Same error.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?
