We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandInfuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

My biggest gripe is people/businesses who phone me and do not leave a message when I'm not able to answer the phone. Why did they phone me in the first place if they didn't want to talk??!!.

When I finally got through, no one could help as systems were down. I've tried again today ... but still in a queue. I need to speak to someone urgently.
