If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. It’s deducted from his balance but not showing I’m transactions or in my account. TSB seems to have issues everytime they ‘update’ their internet &App services

I was paying £14 a month for this "special" card which was in Silver and they charged me this monthly fee due to Insurance I never used so that's why I changed.
