In the banking crisis ou charged me Β£10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

Graham Teale (@GrahamTeale) reported@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together
