@TSB It's the reason my daughter closed her account with you, she struggled I access cash when she needed it, and I'm thinking of doing the same. It shouldn't be this difficult to access my own money.

I've had a @TSB online banking account for about two years and the security is so good they won't even allow me to log in to it. And surprise surprise the balance is still ZERO It's a good job I didn't pay in as I wouldn't be able to get my money out!!!

@lauren_k_moore @TSB No worries. My partner is an ombudsman manager for the service. TSB will be liable as they should be doing security checks on things like that. Doubt you’ll have a problem getting the money back & potentially compensation. Good luck & best wishes to your grandad! @financialombud

@TSB We've been through this a few times before, you send me new log in details I try them and each time it won't let me sign in. I opened the account for the great rates and offers over 3 yrs ago, at the time as these have finished it would be better to close the account. I'llDM you

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@lauren_k_moore @TSB I know it feels uncertain now, but I’ve come across victims of crimes like this dozens of times. Your grandad will get his money back. It’ll take a little while and Easter won’t help with that but he’ll be fully reimbursed.

@TSB Now 7 working days, so we’re assuming that it’s gone missing. Does my relative have to start all over again, or can User ID and password be used again?
