  • craigderran Dave McPherson (@craigderran) reported

@TSB what’s the process in obtaining a new ATM card for my mother? Have no idea where the nearest branch is and the website is hopeless. Mum is 94 and I have POA.

  • johnt0709 John (@johnt0709) reported

Day 4 trying to get through to the @TSB fraud team. Apparently running at 50% staff due to COViD - horrific customer service nonetheless. No calls back, complaint doesn’t work and can’t fix in branch 🙄

  • _Crumf Andy (@_Crumf) reported

Shout out to Gino and Beth from @TSB, manning the Twitter account and getting a load of crap from customers this morning! It's pay day and the fact that I can't access my account is inconvenient to say the least, but I know it'll be sorted out in due course. Chill, people.

  • whyforwynn Christopher Schofield (@whyforwynn) reported

@TSB I’ve opened my new spend and save account. But it’s not appearing on my internet banking profile. Bank manager in Edinburgh said it’s an I.T. issue and not sure if it will be resolved. This is not good enough …

  • tim_barra Barra (@tim_barra) reported

@TSB you put a block on my Premier Banking debit card and didn’t bother notifying me. Have now been holding for 30+ minutes to speak to your fraud department. Which bank do you suggest I switch to?

  • dabberd13 Dave Booth (@dabberd13) reported

@TSB Removed the app and reinstalled, can't log into my account now.Totally useless service.

  • Klmkmklm1 Klm_km_klm (@Klmkmklm1) reported

@TSB @Capn_Scarlet This is getting stupid, every time you do a update this happens. I suggest you get rid of your IT department and get people who know what they are doing or you won't have any customer

  • philippasjneal Philippa Neal (@philippasjneal) reported

@TSB Can I ask why you automatically decline fraud claims when the transactions relate to gambling? We shouldn't have to go to the site where the card has been fraudulently used, when TSB already texted flagging it might be suspicious. You have evidence that it is suspicious activity
