    Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

    @TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.

    @TSB Trying to make online banking transfer between accs. Website says error en host: ip7003, app says T&C of account does not permit debiting of these funds. I have money in my account, why is this happening?

    @TSB Hi, apparently I requested to end online banking but this is not the case. Now I can't login to make payments and I can't get through on the phone. How could this have happened? Please advise by direct message if possible.
