Hi @TSB just gained access to my spend and save account today - applied on the 1st March , opened on the 11th, ready to use on the 20th but due to an error was not added to my app until today. When does the 6 month start for the £5 a month and when does it run each month?

@TSB 5 DAYS SINCE I STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. No contact from TSB about what's happening to resolve this issue. WHY?

@TSB @Martin56354261 sounds as though I'm getting the same problem as you Martin (with ASDA online shopping)--been same for last 4 weeks !

@SuhailKhawaja2 @TSB The problem with Barclays is their appalling customer service. I would stick with the high security personally. @Barclays is ok as long as nothing goes wrong or as long as you don’t have a query.

@TSB Whenever I log in there isn't an option to do this. I now can't transfer to my savings pots for the same issue. Its ridiculous this now. They actually took the ISA away from me and put the savings back into my account. Why cant I deposit into my 2nd savings account?

Great Now I'm locked out of my new @TSB business account. ID has had to be reset in the last couple of months already - trying two browsers makes no difference to the error code😑

@TSB I’m trying to pay my credit card but I can’t recover my UserID - keeps saying service unavailable. It’s been like that for a few days and I don’t want to pay late!!

@erngw @TSB Thanks for letting me know. I was beginning to think it was only my me having a problem (Tesco online), but I've had a few people get in touch with the same problem. The biggest problem is TSB'S LACK of communication to let me know what's happening.

@TSB Come on TSB, this is no way to treat your customers. No updates or communication from you at all about this problem. How many of your customers are affected by this problem?
