@TSB You will be losing a customer today. Taken several duplicate payments from my account and can’t get through to anyone to fix it. I see hundreds of other people experiencing the same! Not good enough.

@TSB I’m aware of the issue with Duplicate payments and having checked my account last night, I’m roughly £60 down. Not much compared to some. I can’t quite work out where my duplicate is, and it’s not showing as a pending payment, but it’s gone somewhere!?
