@tsb why are you declining my payments ?? When I check and check again and my balance is enough for what I am paying for !!!!! Can’t wait on the phone all afternoon - anyone else having problems again 🙄

Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

@TSB I’ve tried hiding the toolbar but it still doesn’t let me at accept/reject. I’ve tried using the smallest text on my phone but the text size doesn’t change (that’s an accessibility issue).

@TSB No. Answer here so that everyone on this platform can see your reply. If you can't get your Verification Codes to work, why are you still asking for them? Why aren't you contacting companies to get them to suspend this idiotic procedure until your IT experts sort the problem?

I used to think banking with my former bank was difficult, so I made the terrible mistake of switching to @TSB. My exbank might have been providing poor service, but banking with TSB is just a nightmare, I wouldn't even call it a "service". I am switching away after a week or so.

@TSB Is there a problem with transfers and debits? I did a transfer and it sent the money twice, luckily only between my own accounts. I've also made a debit transaction and it's not showing in my pending transactions

@TSB terrible service as usual closing the branch in Newark closed my shop early to go bank and they have closed early excellent service no wonder you closing the branch its never open when you need it

@TSB As you don't have the ability online to download pdf statements on my business banking, I've tried doing this by printing and saving them as pdf's. Unfortunately this is not working either! Just says ( an error has occurred while processing your request! Please advise!!

@TSB My Dad just wants online access. That is all. He will be going in with every document he has, will close his account and take his money elsewhere. This will be an ordeal for him due to his health. Thank you for informing us who not to bank with.

@Happyhoof7 @TSB From a customer, I wouldn’t bother. Plenty are doing incentive offers that have much better service. I’ve just switched myself from tsb. Not for an incentive, just so I can access my money when I need to.
