    @TSB hi I have a cheque that I want to pay into my TSB account but the nearest branch is 40 miles away. Do I have a different option of paying this in rather than travelling all that way. Options such as using some other bank or service?

    @beez_88 @TSB My account have been hacked numbers of times it made me sad and I didn’t have solutions until I saw a comment about uniplatform_assist on Instagram I’m sure they can help you

    @inolan1981 @TSB It is also impossible to do simple tasks on the mobile app, Internet banking or over the phone. I just want to pay off my balance! It's like you are purposely making it impossible.

    @TSB There no more risk of fraud with crypto as there is with any other type of payment or investment. You don’t prevent payments to online casinos for gamblers, or stocks and shares for investors. I could just as easy get scammed using PayPal yet you don’t block PayPal transactions?

    @TSB been waiting 20 mins (so far) waiting to speak to a customer service operative to get the name on my account changed (this was the bank’s error too by the way) in your Birmingham branch. One person on the desk at lunchtime…bad customer service yet again @TSB

    @TSB Greg in your fraud call centre has just told me he's the only person working at the minute. Why do you advertise the line open from 8am if it's not resourced until 9am??

    After @tsb were so entirely unhelpful, I crossed the street to @AskNationwide who were brilliant and had sorted him a savings account in minutes. That’s customer service. I’ll look to move myself ASAP - #TSB have lost custom today
