    @TSB are there any issues with your website? I cannot logging into my account. It keeps saying it’s incorrect password or memorable information.I reset it like 4 times thinking that maybe it was not correct or I forgot but after the 3rd time I’m starting to think it’s not me!

    @TSB has the worst customer service I've ever experienced I've had a complaint open with you since the start of Jan The claims handler has since gone awol and won't respond to my calls or emails! The way you've handled my account is appalling it's causing me unbelievable stress!

    @SuhailKhawaja2 @TSB The problem with Barclays is their appalling customer service. I would stick with the high security personally. @Barclays is ok as long as nothing goes wrong or as long as you don’t have a query.

    Great Now I'm locked out of my new @TSB business account. ID has had to be reset in the last couple of months already - trying two browsers makes no difference to the error code😑

    @TSB I’m trying to pay my credit card but I can’t recover my UserID - keeps saying service unavailable. It’s been like that for a few days and I don’t want to pay late!!

    @TSB Is your mobile app down again? I can't even use desktop internet to access TSB bank. Was having trouble using the app this morning. Have re installed mob app and still not working cant get access text. Getting fed upwith TSB

    @TSB There doesn’t need to 3 layers of security ! It’s rubbish, Lloyds and Barclays don’t have this issue ! Guess TSB customers need to shift their accounts to a more user friendly platform!

    @TSB if someone is spending your money hundreds of miles away while you watch your account getting smaller as your trying to tell tsb customer services ( as it happens) Is your policy always Not to refund your customers cash???

    Unbelievably poor service from @TSB. Asked to change a bank mandate in October 2021 and despite 10 visits to branch and numerous phone calls it still hasn’t happened. I should have realised they were incompetent when they managed to lose the first form.
