@TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

@TSB It’s all customers and it’s constant. Not “some” or “intermittent” Am I correct in assuming that, once again, there will be a lack of compensation paid out by TSB? Despite some people needing urgent access to account details?

@tsb Stop copy pasting this same rubbish to everyone "Hi. We’re sorry some customers are experiencing intermittent issues accessing online / mobile banking. We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible." Its affecting ATM and card payments - whats the TIMESCALES?
