I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

In the banking crisis ou charged me £10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.

Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.
