  @TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

  @TSB It works on the browser Firefox but I usually use Chrome and when I try to login the cookie preferences notification pops up and throws me of the page!

  @TSB is there a problem with the app that isn’t sending monies to new percipients. I am waiting for money to go into my bank and out on two separate transactions and this hasn’t happened since yesterday ? X

  Hi @TSB you were unable to send me a text warranting my check out for travel insurance with the post office. I called your line and the server was no use whatsoever. Cheers for that.

  @TSB 2 additional pieces of feedback: Adobe stuff is not mobile friendly, so I had to wait until I could log on using a laptop to actually fill in your stupid form. The fields for the branch code and mortgage number mandatory. This isn't going to help you get new customers

  @TSB If my card is rejected for contactless on the last late night bus that has no option of pin entry when there is cash in my account how ******** am I supposed to get home?

  Well the “one time passcode” for visa 3D secure by @TSB works well. First time I get a code. Tap it in where requested fails due to incorrect code despite entering it and double checking it when tried a second time. Had it resent same “error” and ran out of tries.

  @TSB Hello TSB, I received the following message when I tried to log in to my account. “Sorry, you're unable to log in right now. We need to check a few things on your account. Please call us on 0800 096 8669 and we'll do our best to get you back online” What does it mean?

  @TSB just travelled to my only branch opened on a Saturday, shettleston Glasgow, to be told they don’t have a counter service on a Saturday! So u r closing branches left right and centre but can’t have a counter service opened on a Saturday. Absolute shocking customer services!

  @TSB I have tried contacting the number provided but it keeps putting me on hold. Will the issue be resolved if I go to one of your branches? And does this mean my account is blocked or just my TSB internet Banking?
