@TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

@TSB @celestial_ess It does work now, Beth, but it's too late. It's been down for over an hour, and to the customers it just seems like you started the maintenance early. That might not be the reality, and there might have been some horrific coincidence, but it's too late now.

@TSB It’s working now thanks for the reply. Just some customer feedback though, this seems to be happening quite a lot in the recent months and it really is very inconvenient. I am tempted to move elsewhere.
