@TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

Oh I REALLY wish @TSB had a better online service... I as an end user shouldn't need to have prior knowledge that searching for transactions between the 1st Feb and the 28th Feb... don't include entries ON the 1st.

Would thoroughly recommend that nobody use @TSB your card will get swallowed and they’ll refuse to give you access to your dough
