@TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB Its obviously not just a problem with web page and app, there are cases like ours where state pension hasn’t posted. No money no way to pay bills, and buy food.

@TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?
