Hi @TSB my father has recently passed away but the funds in his account that are to pay for his funeral are in a joint account with his wife who has dementia. Can you advise how we access these funds please.

@TSB Is there a reliabilty issue with your curremt version chip and pin cards? I had my old style card for its entire life yet the new cards keep failing! This time I'm cardless abroad. Grrr.

@TSB You sent my husband's statement (which he paid £5 for!) and it has not arrived to our destination. Your customer service rep hung up when he asked for help. All that sensitive information was released without a signed for/registered post. What are you going to do?

@sarahyhirons @JimJimsmith61 @TSB So far fast and reliable. Though it's an online-only account it gives full service for speed, efficiency and quick customer service.

@pinkjockalypse @TSB @tsb never believe fault reports - you just get told to reinstall the app or delete cookies, neither of which have ever solved any IT problem. Their system is still bodged from the 2018 collapse. Change banks.

@TSB What's wrong with your email-based process (i.e. not ORIGO) for transferring funds held in one my ISA savings account to another Stocks & Shares ISA provider? Why does it take 45 minutes to speak to your ISA support team (we kept being put through to your retail team).

@TSB Disgusted with the (lack of) service from your ‘flagship’(?) Edinburgh branch on Wednesday when trying to make a CHAPS payment. Lots of eye rolling and sighing, broadly summarised at ‘can’t be bothered’ from all staff. Livingston on the other hand were excellent on Thursday

@SKinnock @TSB I'm a carer, I'm sorry but this is performative. The fact that a Labour Govt are pushing ahead with pernicious cut to support for disabled people and carers without first having had the results back from the sham consultation speaks volumes as to your intent.
