    @TSB @MartJones93 Who do you think you are? You’re his service provider, you have no right to tell someone what they can spend their OWN money on. Quicker #btc kills predatory banks like you the better, and no bailouts will help. Shocking.

    @TSB 30 mins holding to speak to someone about identity theft. Not great service @tsb. I'm trying to prevent fraud but can't make contact.

    @TSB Hi, I’ve had to re call a direct debit because it’s come out a week early. I used your virtual assistant who took the relevant details about it on the app and nothings been done. The money still isn’t there, can you help please

    @TSB Needed to access a child’s acct. branch confirmed they couldn’t do what I want them to as it would be counter service. Can’t do it on phone or online banking either. Time to start looking at moving the acct to Barclays who’s childrens accts are accessible via mobile banking.

    @TSB I have had no issue previously transferring money to the account you have just blocked me from sending to, and I'm currently switching banks, because of it. One hint of restricting me from using my money for anything I wish to use my money for, and you have lost a customer.
