@TSB went down to your East Kilbride branch this morning only to find your staff closing for the day, despite huge sign saying you close for refurbishment tomorrow. Staff were rude and arrogant to myself and several other customers who were waiting outside. Not acceptable tsb!

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

@TSB been trying to get through on the phone to your Debit Card Fraud Payment Verification team since 17:55 this evening, still not had my call answered. Rang your customer service line on a second phone who put me back through to the same number. Awful, time wasting service.

@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB please explain why you have no facility to ask a general question on your website & why your telephone system is impenetrable. I've been waiting to speak to someone for 25 minutes just to ask where to send a cheque. You closed my branch so I can't take it there 1/2.

@TSB used my credit card a couple times yesterday & it was fine, tried a transaction last night & was declined. Now i log in to online banking and it’s not in my accounts at all? Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Had no contact from the bank at all to suggest anythings wrong?
