@TSB @amyblibs Please @TSB This time accept that a problem exists and don’t ask customers to ‘check’ things. It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

@TSB went down to your East Kilbride branch this morning only to find your staff closing for the day, despite huge sign saying you close for refurbishment tomorrow. Staff were rude and arrogant to myself and several other customers who were waiting outside. Not acceptable tsb!

@TSB I received a letter to my correct name and address, with a Pin, on a peelable dark piece of plastic, for a card I don't have. I don't even have an account with you. The letter is dated 20/09/21. Is this a security breach of some kind? Or fraud? Thanks for any help

@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB We went in, thank you and were advised to visit the Post Office!! Maybe I should bank with them as they accept bags of coins. Having banked with you since primary school (I'm now 50) maybe I should find a bank that offers the service I need. Have a nice day.
