    @TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank

    @BTC_Archive Happened to me with @TSB - they banned transactions all together - and I left them at the drop of a hat. I'm now with @RBS and have not looked back ever since. Flawless service.

    @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

    @SwailesRuth @TSB I needed to change details in two banks after my husband died. Nat West we’re brilliant even though I had no appointment. My experience at Barclays was awful even with an appointment. I came away and switched banks.
