@NickNak1980s @TSB Lloyds had that feature years ago and it worked really well. I find TSB so hopeless to deal with I only keep the account as a backup as it’s not for for purpose as a primary account - this morning for example, internet banking via the app is broken. Feeble, TSB!

@SwailesRuth @TSB Banks need to really take a good hard look at themselves. My dad left the Bank of Scotland after more than 50 years as a customer because of their poor handling of accounts when we lost my mum. It’s appalling that this passes as „service“ 🤬

The worst part is you can not open bank account (@TSB) without Biometric Residency permit, even though BRP team sent an email saying it’s technical issue. The document you have it’s no use even though you have confirmation from home office that you can stay in UK. @ukhomeoffice

@fcampbellhowes @RevolutApp I'm about to close my @TSB account as this week I tried to transfer some money in branch. I had all the ID their website said I would need, more in fact. But I didn't have the debit card (it's an account I only use online). Man behind the counter just said no.
