    @BPHlimited @TSB I'm able to get in but can't transfer money between accounts so that it's there for a big purchase I need to make tomorrow. It was the same a few weeks ago when helping my Mum transfer between her accounts. If it's a browser issue, what is best one to use?

    @TSB It was between my own but switched browser and it worked. Mum's issue was to another bank but she just done it the old fashioned way and took cash from the ATM and gave it to the person to deposit in their branch. Old tech is the best I guess.

    @TSB All right TSB its time something was said I know you are getting a ton of complaints about your service .. and rightly so whatever the problem is with your servers you need to replace your IT leader. they don't seem capable of keeping the system running. YOU ARE A BANK FGS!

    @TSB Dear TSB, several days have now passed and I am still being denied access to my account. There was a bit of progress this morning, after three attempts I got as far as entering the security code and once again the 'technical issues' message appeared. I am leaving!

    @oftenpure @TSB For clarity, purchase on a Monday, the transaction fully processes by Wednesday, and save the pennies moves on Thursday. I wish it was instant for the pennies so I can budget better. So slow. Need spend notifications too then I’d move full TSB

    @TSB @BPHlimited May be the idea is to look @ the source of the issues to reduce the no. of complaints as opposed to having to deal with them. For example, if you have erectile dysfunction, you don’t keep telling your wife: “I take your complaint seriously,” but then the problem keeps recurring.
