@TSB what’s the issue with trying to approve an online debit card payment, I’ve been trying for 2 days now, the button to approve is frozen and doesn’t do anything! I’ve had to use PayPal to make the payment instead. I need this resolving and some timescales for TSB doing this?

@TSB hey, just wondering what is your procedure for when money isn’t counted in a machine and you raise the issue and you’re told an engineer will be called… should that machine still be working when a £500 deposit has gone missing?
