@TSB This situation with your broken down software reminds me of our present governments strategy around partygate. Surprise and no knowledge of what has happened. When it happens time and time again. I do have sympathy with you, your jobs are at risk.

@Sarah22013154 @TSB The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unitechnicrat for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?
