@TSB This is no way to run a bank. I have wasted more than enough time trying to log on to your website in recent months. I will travel to Bootle today to pay a bill in the branch and in future if people do not accept debit cards over the phone, they can wait for their money.

@TSB Good Afternoon, can you please what the point of approving online payments through the app when it never works? I always get an error so I am always forced to use other methods.
