    @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

    @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

    @TSB I am having issues with approved payments as well. My tesco shopping is due tomorrow I need to checkout by 11.45pm or my changes won't be saved. This needs sorting asap

    @ShauniMcTaggart @TSB Have just called them. It's a problem with the app. Trying to approve my online shop. They said if it not back in next couple of hours I can phone the shop and pay over the phone as it seems to be just the app that is affected not card payments. Total pain though.

    @TSB What good is your Strong Customer Authentication process if your buggy app won't let us approve payments? How many 'temporary glitches' should any given app have?

    @TSB your payment approval system is not working - this has been an ongoing problem all day. Please advise when you expect it to be fixed. Already tried deleting and reinstalling, switching off etc.

    @TSB been trying since early this morning to pay bills with the approved payment not working. This is a shambles people need to pay bills. Have done web chat have reinstalled have switched device on and off. Absolute stress that is not needed. This needs to be fixed and your end
