    Anyone an @asda online customer and a @TSB customer having problems getting verification codes within the 10 minutes they are valid? Last weekend it took 12 Hours to get the code, mid week it was 1 hour....not good if they expire after 10 minutes

    @TSB @djskylight Also having this issue in @Xero as it appears many other TSB customers are. We're strongly considering moving banks to one of the more digital friendly banks as this has being going on for over a year now. Except now it's completely broken and disruptive to our accounting process

    We'll have to look at moving from @TSB if this level of poor connection continues with @Xero because we can't lose hours of time every month trying to sort this issue

    @TSB Can you provide me with an update as to when you will resolve your re-authentication issue with Xero. I can no longer connect my TSB business account which is not ideal!

    @TSB are your systems down again???? Just tried to pay a bill using the automated phone service and at the point where it to confirm the details are correct it just cut off and said your phone lines were closed. This is getting ridiculous now 😡

    @TSB You should offer a call back service, I need to contact you ref fraud. On hold for 1 hour, cut off before speaking to anyone. Tried again still waiting after 1 hour! Absolute joke…
