@TSB @Farewill to deliver the worst possible news but no....it was your automated text service...and to make matters worse, the phone rang again just over an hour later with the same msg. How dare you...

@TSB hi, I was just on the phone to one of your advisors when my phone cut off, I tried to call back but your phone lines are now shut. He was getting my card cancelled and sending a new one and I think he was finished but I just wanted to make sure, can you help at all? Thanks!

  • TimFreeZone I'm feeling it! 5️⃣5️⃣ (@TimFreeZone) reported

Partner tried to lift cash from inside the bank @TSB You would thought it was millions she was trying to take out. No cash withdrawal desks now, blaming covid then saying we are moving on to a cashless society 👀 listen hen if we want to lift our tank we will. Terrible service

@TSB @Farewill So I cannot visit a branch until 9am. What gives your org the right to call folk in their homes before 8am at the very outset...feel very glad that I have been a customer of First Direct for nearly 30 years....

@TSB TBH this isn’t really an ombudsman type issue. I’m simply highlighting an issue which WILL result in card fraud. I’m doing this to help you but if you’re not interested then I can’t force you to adopt better practices.
