@TSB Your app & online banking services are down. Your Service Status page says Telephone Banking is available, but when I ring, it only puts me on hold for an adviser — can you please confirm whether AUTOMATED telephone banking is DOWN too?? Wait time for adviser is too long…

@TSB still down after hours. Managed to get into the app and pay my council tax/rent/credit card bill before it went down on me again. Think it's too many people trying to log in at once. Sort it out lads.

@TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.
