@TSB why has a payment been taken out of my bank today that has already been paid on 3rd March ? This is terrible.

@midnightsky_1 @TSB *I'm also so sorry to hear you're struggling, if there's something I can do please let me know! (I'm skint myself so unfortunately can't help there)

@TSB I appreciate this is a wider-scale issue although I was due to pay some bills off today out of that money which I obviously couldn't do

  • mehul31dec
    Mehul (@mehul31dec) reported

@TSB Is there any time scale to resolve the issue? I have two payments going out of my account soon. I spoke to to service provider and they are unable to stop the payment as it’s too short notice.

@TSB I also find it laughable, that your social media team have been left with nothing but canned responses to issue to customers. I will be taking ALL of my accounts elsewhere as a result of this. You haven’t even sent me a personalised reply to my DM!!

@Scott_YMW @TSB Their online has been gubbed for so long now. But this is next level. Left a lot of people with no money in their accounts and then left them with no way to contact them. Awful service.

@TSB Every last penny better be back in my bank account. This is unacceptable for a bank to make this kind of error, its suspicious what are you bankers upto? What you trying to cover up with a massive "mistake" like this?
