    @TSB Any update on when the >£2,000 taken from my account will be returned? This is completely unacceptable - @TSB have left a lot of people in real difficulty today and you’re still yet to resolve the issue.

    @TSB This isn’t good enough sitting with no money in my account because of this error. Customers should also be compensated for this.

    @TSB Just realised my account has been emptied as you’ve taken more than one duplicate payment and now I’m showing overdrawn 😕… when will the issue be fixed please do we have a timescale?

    @BPJacksonMusic @TSB I also experienced this, i contacted support service and they didn’t do anything about it, but @AntiTrafico_DF helped me get regain access to my account✅

    @TSB That isn't the point yet again it is another issue with TSB. My daughter had to go to school with credit in her phone so if she has a problem on the way home from school she can't contact me. I can't video call her either as she has no data. Money should not have been taken

    @TSB And what about people who incur charges? There’s no mention of that in your standard response, I’m now in my overdraft thanks to this error

    @tsb communication is very poor . Have spent all morning trying to sort out a duplicate payment with the company - only to find out it’s (another) tsb issue
