    @TSB Haven't been able to log in on app/browser since 9am on the 22nd Aug. Apparently it doesn't recognise my account.. Any idea when you will fix this issue? This is happening way too often! 🙄

    @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.

    @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

    I have se t a DM I am fuming. Your app has blocked me access to paying bills moving my money amount gst other things. This is a disgrace @TSB

    Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).
