  @TSB Haven't been able to log in on app/browser since 9am on the 22nd Aug. Apparently it doesn't recognise my account.. Any idea when you will fix this issue? This is happening way too often! 🙄

  I have se t a DM I am fuming. Your app has blocked me access to paying bills moving my money amount gst other things. This is a disgrace @TSB

  @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
