I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

@TSB Website and App down yet again. Come on folks, you have barely any branches open as it is to do in person banking. Get it sorted. Nearly at my limit for this bank. Unable to move money, unable to pay CC. Join up with lloyds again eh!

@TSB had trouble logging onto account earlier but have now got in. As Mon 1st is bank holiday I expected my monthly pensions to be paid in today but not there. Could this be caused by whatever problems systems were experiencing and catch up later or could they in fact be paid Mon
