    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @BrassBallsUK @TSB It's using a "master/slave architecture" in which some software does things other software says. The terminology is falling out of favour, and putting it in a user-facing error message is really a slip-up.

    @TSB Wait... you say it's fixed, and yet there's been over 15,000 reports of it not being fixed in the last 30 minutes alone? (I still get instantly kicked out the site when I log in)

    @TSB double payments took out few months back , no compo , app down again for fk knows how many times this year , barely any customer engagement , for almost 2 days , when will it be fixed people have lifes you know !! @TSB

    @DavosLan @TSB I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Their app is terrible tho always seems to go down for me atleast once a month.

    @TSB i’ve just managed to access my account last night at 11pm managed to transfer all my money to another account i hold with a different bank and the next morning it’s still not in!!!
