    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @JPCastingD @TSB I had this too initially. Try using chrome to login. Speak to customer services and leave the app alone til after the card is activated at a cash point.

    @TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

    Dear @tsb whatever issues you and @Apple have with each other, sort them out. To be told over the phone that I should use another person's card from a different bank is fine, Apple still get the sale. I could also just switch my account away from you and solve the problem.

    @TSB Well I could have done that if I could have gotten through to “customer service”. The statement does not say the account is active, the fact you have sent a statement showing my previous credit limit implies you haven’t closed the account.

    @TSB can’t get through to “customer service” to find out why I’ve received a statement for a credit card I cancelled 2 months ago. I even have a letter from you confirming the closure of the account. Not great security!

    @TSB Is there a problem with your online banking and the app ? Been trying to log in for the last few hours and keeps telling me "Sorry there was an unexpected error". So frustrating get it sorted 😠
