Hi @TSB I've had business acc for 15 years. You've frozen my acc bc I can't digitally sign something on my phone which doesn't like the Adobe prog you use. I didn't know any of this was happening. No help in branch, no help on phone I'll be closing my acc soon as this is sorted

@TSB are absolute shite!!! Closed acct down we’re supposed to have issued a cheque have emails to prove this from disputes team only to be told it hasn’t happened! Newspapers would have a field day with my case and how I have been treat!!!!!!

@TSB Problems logging in to business account. Supply details, press continue (to ignore security details check and update) and logged straight out. Click on log back in to account takes me to personal account login

@TSB Hi Beth. I can print statements however, the formal statements are better and often required for auditing purposes. It would be a really quick fix if the functionality is enabled for business accounts, seeing as it is on personal ones

@TSB does TSB still accept the current old 50 pound paper notes in branch....I see they are due to be withdrawn {September 2022} the paper ones, so I assume I will have no issues depositing them in branch?
