@TSB A question regarding Strong Customer Authentication. I often place orders with the supermarket for delivery 48hrs+ later. Will SCA be requested on the day I place the order, at the "confirm order" stage. If not, where would I put the 6 digit code you send me?

@TSB can someone help me I paid cash into one of the machines today and it has counted & credited less than I put in and now Ave heard of it happening to another few ppl from my area can someone help me please. As not sure if banks will be open again until Tuesday

@lauren_k_moore @TSB You need to raise an official complaint via complaints procedure on their website. In my experience it does work. You keep escalating as needed until someone with a brain cell gives there money back

@TSB It's the reason my daughter closed her account with you, she struggled I access cash when she needed it, and I'm thinking of doing the same. It shouldn't be this difficult to access my own money.

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.
