No manager available to speak to for 24 hours, department that sends letters won't take calls & then put through to a closed phone line. £1300 taken from my account & they don't care!

Really losing all confidence in @TSB as its one thing after another, its ok for a few months then it starts again

And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!
