    @TSB I would love to be able to access the app, but living in Dubai means you can receive an OTP to get the account going . . How this is not possible is beyond me!

    @TSB what a shambles of a bank, business account down on last day of month so can’t transfer payments out 🤬 I’ll be closing my account as soon as is humanly possible once I can actually access my money!

    Surprise surprise, @TSB app is down again. Absolute **** show. How are people suppose to manage their accounts if you're closing local branches, and your online facility isn't working? But I'll still get charged if my CC bill is late. Time to find a new bank

    @TSB This is completely unacceptable, every month there is issues. Bills to pay things to buy with MY money. Trust and credibility absolutely gone. May only be one person, but you’ve lost my custom and will be leaving TSB. You used to be such a credible bank.
