    @TSB @debbiecompton Are tsb going to compensate all customers for this severe outage i dont think so what about those who need to pay for their prescriptions that cant because cards being declined.

    @TSB this clearly isn’t scheduled maintenance. What is going on, site being down for hours and I can’t transfer money. I can’t even pay for anything online because I have to approve EVERYTHING through the side

    @TSB bank app still down, can't even log in via Internet. so whole online banking is down not just app. Need to transfer money to my daughter! Tsb are awful

    @TSB I want to make a complaint, this is absolutely ridiculous that I can’t access my own bank account. If I can’t access my own account soon I’ll be taking it to the financial ombudsman!
