@TSB I’ve been saying it for some time with how appalling TSB is that I am going to close my account, today I have finally done it, with the switching process having started, looking forward to never having to deal with your appalling service, and unreliability again!!

@TSB Log in refused consistently when details are correct, this has been endless since the migration. Constantly locked out of my account, you do not resolve, changing banks, it's a joke.

@TSB So, one cannot login without re-registering, and cannot register because one has already. When the problem is reported, staff cannot deregister till Tuesday and cannot make a todo note, even on a post-it. Customer has to phone again then, rejoining the long queue. Oh dear
