@virginmedia I have been 3/4 days without my fibre broadband, the estimated fix time changes every time, you don’t update, you ignore and say that you are aware but you ain’t fixing, this will turn into an ofcom issue if service is not restored

@virginmedia No. I’m annoyed as when I called I was also promised a Wi-fi booster as my connection is dropping on video calls. Yet that has not materialised either. Disappointed as just switched from a different provider & they seem to have better customer service!

@virginmedia The engineer said it’s SHINE but the only way to find the device is to send a team of engineers to look for it I believe. Wifi has disconnected twice at roughly the same time and shows 2 green arrows and a green wifi signal.

Hello @virginmedia for a while now my connection has been slowing down a lot and it feels like daily it gets worse to the point where I disconnect every 5 minutes and struggle to load pages on my phone when I could load everything easily before. And my up/down is 5x worse now! :(
