There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.
