Why is @virginmedia customer service so unrelentingly bloody awful?? Still no call from an engineer, told replacement TiVo box would come by post for it to come out by courier and get notified of this 20 minutes after the delivery window has started and I was at work 😡

@virginmedia According to your Customer Service I was informed I was to get a phone call by 5pm on Wednesday. When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.

@virginmedia I suggest you feed this back to Customer Service as I very much doubt I'm the first customer who's been misinformed on this. The engineer was supposed to be calling about my ongoing intermittent service issues, with both TV and internet.

@virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

@virginmedia Like I said, customer service do not respond to customer request, they all seem to be confused with regards to end of contract process. I have raised a complaint and all I requested for was for my service to be cancelled, perhaps you can assist with this.

Hahahaha. Before I leave @virginmedia I contacted them for the THIRD time to fix a problem (cannot access my online account - always says it’s a secondary account - they accept I only have one account and am the account holder). Third time they assured me it was fixed. Nope.
