    @virginmedia Yes this what we've had to do. We found that out today, despite receiving an email from you that it would be transferred over on 15th Feb no problems. Every time since then chased only found this out today. In the meantime paying you £££ per month for the privilege.

    @virginmedia hi so doing the pinhole reset seems to have maybe worked, as I can access the internet now over wifi, albeit the speed is very slow (~1mb up&down) but i hope that this’ll pick up in a few hours
