@virginmedia All on screen instructions followed, waited til I finished work today to check and it still doesn't get past 25% on the "searching for channels" page... Just taken the direct debit for a service which has been broken since 2.12.21...

.@virginmedia Broadband down - phone line states because of 'improvements'- not expected back until 3pm. Why was there no notice so I could arrange to work from alternate location? How do I get warning in future?

@virginmedia my elderly mother has been trying to contact you for over 3 weeks now to cancel her sub as it has gone up £60 pm. She has been out on hold numerous times and cut off no help on chat etc. her only option now is to cancel the DD as she can’t afford this anymore… help

Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

@virginmedia Most useless company (not just comms company) I have ever had the misfortune of buying services from. Ordered (and paid for) 1GB bundle upgrade in January. Still not sorted. Hours spent on phone to customer services repeatedly rehearsing the issues over and over.

@virginmedia Yes we have a engineer coming out later in the week, a lot better customer service once we went though retentions onwards. Its a bit concerning dealing with someone asking for money to replace the router no transfer no case# and fraudulent ID thanks for the help tho 👍

@virginmedia hi, I cancelled my account with you more than 50 days ago. I've been overcharged and told to wait 45 days for a "mistake" you made. I called you 7 times for u to collect your equipment and refund my money and still nothing. Shameful customer service.

Disgusted with @virginmedia service!!! Diabolical broadband coverage and non existent customer service as well now!!! In case anyone is considering signing up, do yourself a favour..... DON’T!!! Nothing but disappointed with them. 😡
