    @louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

    @virginmedia for 3 days now after 9pm internet keeps dropping, keep having to reset the hub 4 in the last hour it has occurred 4 times, run tests no issues in the area apparently yet on local fb group loads of people having same issue in B24 Birmingham !

    @virginmedia Two outages of 6½ minutes at lunchtime today, separated by 20 minutes. This from a statically addressed device on a CAT6 connection to the VM Hub 3.0. So a reset has not solved / changed the problem.

    @MomsSpag @virginmedia Imagine this in the day and age of working at home... I mean since you now have to travel to work to do your job since they can't provide the service are virgin going to take responsibility. Highly doubt it. This is why I have redundancy (sky as back up)

    @virginmedia Yes in all rooms, after a router reset it is fast for a few hours then drops randomly and regularly to no internet. Despite full bars and the Virgin Connect app saying the signal is Great everywhere.

    @virginmedia The number of @virginmedia employees we spoke to, who were rude, hung up on us, sent us from pillar to post, and were downright dishonest, leads me to believe it is company policy to put people off from cancelling. Nasty taste left.
