    @virginmedia @virginmedia I called Thursday 20th regarding a flooded fibre box on my street. Was told asset management would call me in 48 hours. Nothing. Internet is still wildly intermittent. No help, yet again. Now 4 months into this issue and no closer to a solution.

    @virginmedia I booked a technician but that's been cancelled because: "it's a network problem that's affecting your area." Even though the website has no information about a fault. It's like technicians and operational back/front office staff are totally separate companies

    @virginmedia There is still no record of my complaint (4 days after logging for the first time) - I've now attempted to log it 5 times with no success. The complaint ref given is **** and when I click on it the msg is 'nothing to see here'. I'm running out of ideas ... any suggestions?

    @virginmedia Yes and told it’s not a “you” issue as no issues detected so must be said thing in the house. Customer service argue that no issues even though I’ve set up a BQM which shows clear network drop outs, absolute no help at all

    @virginmedia When we first took out our package we explain the front bedroom on opposite side of house (only 3 bed terrace) didn’t get good signal I was told we could get a Wi-Fi pod no one told us we’d be charged for it, also manager of retention team was supposed to ring but no call!!!!!
