    @virginmedia I suggest you feed this back to Customer Service as I very much doubt I'm the first customer who's been misinformed on this. The engineer was supposed to be calling about my ongoing intermittent service issues, with both TV and internet.

    Why is @virginmedia customer service so unrelentingly bloody awful?? Still no call from an engineer, told replacement TiVo box would come by post for it to come out by courier and get notified of this 20 minutes after the delivery window has started and I was at work 😡

    @virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

    @virginmedia According to your Customer Service I was informed I was to get a phone call by 5pm on Wednesday. When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.

    @virginmedia My engineer got cancelled for the 3rd time as Virgin Media say there is another outage that was first recorded on the 20/3/21 & was to be finished by the 29/3/21 the repair is now set for the 9/4/2 Website shows no outage in the area?? Outage Reference No. F008913227

    @virginmedia Every evening I use streaming and it times out and I called Virgin to order a WiFi Pod but was unable to I was put through to the technical but no answer. Also when I go to use Netflix or iPlayer etc I says there is a problem so I have to turn off the box and then reboot
