@virginmedia @SCMpaul @Dan_Perring I have been trying to contact your service centre for the past few weeks over fibre issues. Probably spent the best part of 7 hours in a queue, gave up after 1 hour last time, its farcical. Losing another customer I'm afraid.

@virginmedia Yes. I am going to try get an RJ45 cable w/ USB-C adapter to test wired connection Monday. Speeds are slow afternoons and evenings. At 6am they are good. My sense is you have too many ppl sharing a line. I’ve written to complaints at Custer service. This is not acceptable.

@virginmedia sick of the claims of speed i get max 50mb on a 1gb connection never had anything higher than 200mb had samecissue when I switched to 500mb keeps up and I'm not paying another penny
