@virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

@virginmedia So far we have had to email or text re delivery. Normally Yodel advise they have the parcel then follow up with a delivery time... I guess this means the order wasn’t done properly! Time to call and cancel

@virginmedia I’ve just spent an hour on hold for your operative to then terminate the call. I need to speak to someone immediately to pay a bill. Additionally, I was promised a reduction as a result of no services. Now I’ve been threatened to be cut off. I need this resolving.

@virginmedia 5 days in a row with broadband going down at night then coming back in the morning. Is this maintenance? Why keep "fixing" it for it only to go down again the next night. Is it because we get compensated if it's down for 48 hours straight? #virginmediadown
