@virginmedia Normally I'd agree. But I hsve used the virgin connectivity app and I have great signal all through the house. So I wouldn't expect 2g not to work and for 5g to drop from 213 to 70 and belwo at 2ft away?

@virginmedia just had a scam call saying they're a virgin media technical support staff, asking us to download 'team viewer quick support' app from the play store. Just thought you should be aware because there are people that would fall for this!!!
