@virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

@virginmedia Thanks, seems @O2 issue bill as soon as sim is shipped- payment in advance for a service I can't use yet- wonder if THEY will respond to social media complaint? Thanks for YOUR reply. Yes- the agent gave me one price, contract price is higher- only £1. but matter of principle.

@_AndreaUrbanFoX @ThreeUK I've used Sky for years and had no issues, BT was terrible and Virgin Media is dire here, up and down as a where's drawers on a Saturday night. I've also got a home hub attached to my router to up the speed of my fibre connection, it ups the amount of devices can be tied to it

Who in their right mind cancels an appointment before checking to see if an issue is resolved 😡 @virginmedia feels it is alright to waste our time but wouldn’t like it if we did it to them. Seriously sort your way of working through issues out 😡😡

@virginmedia your WiFi calling is rubbish, it consistently cuts out during calls and I have no signal at home so I rely on it. Please can you fix it, otherwise I will be terminating my contract. Not good enough in 2022
