    @virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @virginmedia paid for the boxing tonight cant even watch it!! Signal is shocking. Keeps dropping out. Very very frustrating will be calling for a refund.

    @virginmedia absolutely horrific service for this PPV. Constant buffering, pixelated screen, screen freezing and now just dropping altogether.

    For £25.95 I'm now staring at a black screen. @virginmedia knew of the problem when they took the money but never said a thing. That's disgraceful. I've now paid for something that's crap to view. Class outfit.
