    @virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

    @virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

    @virginmedia I’ve been sent around the houses for the last 24 hours regarding an installation which was booked for yesterday but didn’t happen because the technician didn’t show up. I was told he’d come today, then told it was never booked. Now I’m being given a date of 9/7.

    The complete morons @virginmedia have sent me the wrong cable as part of my move, then a braindead patronising bullshitter on their phone line just spent an hour trying to persuade me a cable clearly labelled "TV" isn't met to fit my TV. Unbelievable stupidity and **** service!

    @virginmedia Okay I don't understand why that context has never been given. I think it's a bit daft given I'm asking for a discount on what my agreed price has always been of £45. Also didn't approve of being told I was confused and to come back in a few months when my contract is almost up.

    eventually advises that their "manage" is on leave today, seems a little too convenient, if anyone from the retention team at @virginmedia would care to assist then please let me know, if not I'll simply cancel the services as 8+ years of loyalty clearly isn't reward. 2/2

    @virginmedia No, there are no issues listed. I’m not wasting anymore of my time trying to sort it. Tomorrow is the third day I’ll have been having the problems and will be cancelling my contract with no fee. Cheers.
