@virginmedia all I would like is that you update my mum (of 80) ‘s information on the web interface. I won’t go into the farce of the last few months but I do think it would be nice before you cut her off AGAIN to update the information so I can action the problem. #cantcomplain

@virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

@virginmedia Like I'd said, I've tried contacting you by phone (as mentioned in the link above) for few hours, with no success. Given that the alternative is contacting you by letter (which I highly doubt you'll answer to), that's not really a solution now, is it.

@virginmedia Absolutely terrible. Waiting over 5 months for installation. Keep coming and "forgetting" what they need to do the actual install. And rescheduling. For a month later. Shockingly terrible service. Would go with another provider if possible.

Calling @virginmedia because they're not meeting minimum speed guarantee: however much a minute. Being told they're having internet issues so can't even test your line: PRICELESS. I'm annulling my contract asap and don't recommend them to anyone. Totally atrocious all the time!!

@virginmedia I’ve rang each month to fix this situation but there’s never anyone to even answer the phone. I think I’m entitled to 5 months free wifi or £235 for the sheer inconvenience you have caused me! I’ve had talk talk wifi since Feb 1st, you have made me pay for 2 wifis
