@virginmedia When the VOD indicator on the TiVo box is lit, the broadband springs back into life. When VOD fails then so does the broadband. The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

@virginmedia I cancelled the service. A team member on whatsapp told me that I will receive my compensation soon. But I supposed to have that money on the first week of December. I spent too much time on the phone, explaning 4, 5x the same thing. Horrible! Too much headache!

@virginmedia Intermittent connection drops from the last 18 months. Speed is ok. But high latency and jitter a few times in a day. Connection is dropping suddenly. Router is restarting abruptly. It is a known issue for a lot of customers as per google search.
