@virginmedia 3. Next phone call I am told there is a back log and the 24 hours resolution is now 3 to 5 days. Next phone call after 5 days I am told I cannot be reconnected as an account in another name in MY address is active. It now has to go to the fraud team.

@virginmedia yet another call to customer service who confirmed no credit has been applied. Another month of you taking the wrong amount. 3 complaints, 2 on phone, 1 on website. No reply within 28 days. You now have ~£200 of my money! Will now be taking my case to @BBCWatchdog
