Now my sons box is stuck on 16% upload and will not go to TV. Engineer next Thursday. Yes next Thursday. !!!!!! I can't wait for January when I finally change.

Connect tivo box to Internet. These are not tivo boxes. Customer services are useless and could not sort out. Sin with special ill needs going

The two are linked but you're status page maintains otherwise. Why say a service is fine when it clearly isn't?

After multiple router resets by Virgin media remotely, which cures the problems in the short term, I am still having to re connect my Sky Q box and printer manually.

Intermittent fault on tv signal wifi constantly dropping out. Working at home is impossible.
