    @virginmedia Actually the worst service I’ve genuinely ever experienced. You cancel my tv/broadband set up the day before I move in, then try to charge me for a free sim you gave me. 10+ hours on the phone later, on hold for over 30 minutes again...abysmal.

    @virginmedia we received a replacement Hub WiFi box on Tuesday, had to ring to activate it, told it would work, it didn’t. Had to ring last night to complain, told problem in the local area, our neighbours had internet still. Not fixed this morning.

You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @virginmedia even better. After 45 minutes on hold, got to an agent who said her system was down and she'd call me back. At an unspecified time. Like I don't have work calls I'm now doing all by mobile because I don't have broadband. YOU SUCK
