    @virginmedia saga continues : (.. Received a notification saying the package was on way 2 days ago. Today received an email saying the package went back to @virginmedia. Because the shop they suggested doesn't offer that service anymore.

    When I moved house @virginmedia , I didn’t expect to be #cutoff and without service because an engineer had to come and install a wire. Which is already installed and working for the previous owner. Please just activate my equipment!!!!! #CustomerService

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp just saved £16pm on Virginmedia by going all the way to disconnection team & insisting on getting 'new customer' deal. This cost includes all you can eat 02 5g sim for £25pm. Will end my contract with current provider & save £41pm total saving £57pm

    @virginmedia It’s okay. I finally got through to somebody that makes sense. I think his name was Jeff and I just wanna say I think it’s the second time. I’ve spoken to this guy and his customer service is 2nd to none. And I just want to give him a big thumbs up.

    @virginmedia saga continues : phone @virginmedia just now 45 minutes later and 3 people later, they passed the call to the next team to order the kit again, and the services are closed. The call stopped. Amazing service.

    @virginmedia My problem is not my account, my problem is I don't have any service at moment, not TV, phone, or Internet, and I need wait until 29tg to have a engineer come in that is my problem.

    After over 7 hours, my 'chat' with @virginmedia customer services has just ended without them managing to do either of the things I asked them to, namely to match a better offer elsewhere or book a cancellation of my service more than 30 days in advance. They are truly the worst.

    @virginmedia I'm disappointed with the service I have received. Finally ended my contract, claimed my credit refund only for it still not arrive 6weeks later. Called call centre & was told I'd have to wait 2/3 more weeks. Why? Its unacceptable to have to wait so long. #complaint

    @virginmedia is there a broadband issue in BT60? My connection has dropped about 10 times in the last hour, not great when I'm trying to work and the app isn't showing any problems.

    @virginmedia Yes, I did check for area / network / local / hub problems. At the point where we had NO access to VM (using hotspot from iPhone) it was telling me that there was no problem. Currently up and running, but it is a frustrating intermittent problem.

    @virginmedia the router wall cable you provided is way to short. We cant even plug the router into the mains. Can't contact anyone from customs support. Or find a number to call. And it seems like even if I did talk to someone I'd be charged £99 for something so small.

    @virginmedia And the test told me that there were no problems anywhere along the line, even when we had NO service. Obviously at the moment it isn’t showing a fault as it’s working.

    @virginmedia Thanks but after 20 years plus of custom, from Eurobell, Telewest, NTL, @VirginMedia, being told to spend £50 per month on a service I won't be receiving whilst I'm between properties so that I can keep my email address until I reconnect, isn't exactly the best customer care
