    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

    @virginmedia All in all your customer service (or rather lack of) and complaints procedure is a disgrace and seemingly the business attempt to extort money by various means when customers try to leave. I am confident that CISAS will rule in my favour when they listen to the phone calls.

    @virginmedia I just spent 1:07 on the phone with your team and you still can’t tell me why my bill has gone up 50% unexpectedly, and whether you have breached your contract with me, or even resolve the issue. Is this your normal business practice? A complaint is my only option.

    @virginmedia your useless technical team has disconnected my internet at my old place and not turned up for installation at my new place, every call on customer care makes me answer useless security questions and then someone called SIMON says I have to call back again & hangs up

    @virginmedia Surely as you are there with access to your own network you can see where there are outages? I’m in London, NW5 area. If there was any sort of information there I wouldn’t be asking you on here would I?

    @virginmedia The issue I have is that it is very difficult (and time consuming) to speak to someone and those I have spoken to have not resolved the issue but rather, made it worse! Extremely poor customer service. Despite many years with you, now considering moving elsewhere!

    @virginmedia Hi what is the best monthly price for 100mb broadband only for an existing customer out of contract please? I currently have a tv/broadband/landline package but it’s way too expensive. I don’t want to haggle, I just simply want the cost to compare with others

    @virginmedia I’m playing that game now and been advised a 24hr wait for an agent and given the option to continue or not, not great for a ‘loyal’ customer of 14 years……

    @virginmedia No I've just checked the status update page again and there are issues in the area. It's BR2, STATUS3. We've had no Internet for 2 days now. When will it be fixed please?
