@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

@virginmedia your service when you phone up is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for over an hour. I suggest that someone reach out & DM to give me a call before I cancel my contract. Quick to take my money, but not quick to help. Service is woeful

@virginmedia Your website says I cannot get virgin media, my street is cabled, I have a virgin media flap 1m from my house, all my neighbours get it. I just get told to fill in a form and you’ll be in touch in 10 days, never happens. Please help!

@virginmedia told me I’m in contract but then put my bill up nearly triple. When I asked why, I was told I was out of contract. Then told I was in contract. Then told my bill had to increase more. Then told it could come down. Then told no, it had to go up. Yeah… I’m done.
