    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

    @virginmedia @fierce_unicorn This was not communicated at all and shows real disregard for your broadband only customers. Given your constant price hikes and service outages, there's no reason to stay with you any more. Time to go elsewhere.

    @Bobs420Bobs @virginmedia @Ofcom It's constant issues with them, fed up of being told to check local status when already told them it shows no issues but I'm certainly not alone so not my equipment. Charging extortionate prices for not providing any service is extremely unacceptable

    @virginmedia tv and broadband down AGAIN! engineer booked for FRIDAY! and have been told £25 charge if no one home, yet we will have no service for 6 days without any hope of refund. Absolute joke. Shopping around for a new provider ASAP.

    Hi @virginmedia despite ending contract, have been sent full bill. Replied to email to say DD cancelled. Logged in and account says I've left VM (but still full invoice). What's app option says to add VM to start conversation but doesn't say how to add. Can you help?
