@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

@EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

.@virginmedia I’ve tried to cancel my subscription three times now. Raised a complaint to cancel it, which you stated has been complete, and then you still take out money and charge a late payment fee. What’s going on?

@virginmedia I'm afraid that I am to busy at work today to have a call with yourselves. Can we arrange it for tomorrow? If you want to start resolving my issue, I raised a query yesterday under ref 13025771 which I was told I would have my bills emailed to me within 3 hours.Still not received.

  • daniellewis152 Daniel (@daniellewis152) reported

@VirginMediaIE I was told yesterday when I rang up to cancel, that Virgin Media 240mb plan would be quicker than 500mb through eir/sky/Vodafone etc. How does that work?

  • TheRandomAnt Ant (@TheRandomAnt) reported

@virginmedia Did already, they replied with troubleshooting tips that are no help, because the issue is outside. They didn't bother reading my complaint.

  • BeansOnRob Beans On Rob (@BeansOnRob) reported

@virginmedia 1. hello, I've been on the phone with customer service once again because I still have issues with my WiFi, I've been sent around to 3 different people in one call, and the only solution I've been told is to upgrade and pay more. That doesn't seem right.

  • ttpauthor Dr John Matlin (@ttpauthor) reported

@virginmedia Still sorry. I am now told 12th June before I get tv. I shall want substantial compensation. Why on earth would I or any other customer stay with Virgin. Ten days to not fix a problem. Pathetic.

  • mattlfc78 Matt Browne (@mattlfc78) reported

@virginmedia That’s also an issue as I’ve been on the phone numerous amounts of time and no one has helped me one bit hence why I’m on here. The online help didn’t help me and also the WhatsApp number you have didn’t help me either hence the frustration
