    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    im honestly getting fed up with your tech support phone team @virginmedia I have been asking for 2 weeks now to have an engineer booked to come out and check the SNR on my junction box and replace my super hub 4 because its faulty and they are still refusing to a disabled person.

    Well, according to openreach website they have no plans to upgrade my area to FTTP and Virgin Media have no plans either so it’s not really a solvable problem. It’s alright though I’ve only got 3 and half hours left, on about 87GB done currently

    @virginmedia please advise how we can talk to a person not a bot - phone + chat online no good. Paying for 350mb and consistently getting under 20mb. WFH x2 and this means we currently cannot do our jobs. Extremely frustrating trying to get hold of someone?! Please help ASAP.

    @virginmedia about 60 seconds ago when the person said he was going to "transfer" me and they have just hung up on me for the third time today Im honestly getting extremely annoyed here the disrespect your overseas support staff give me due to my disability is digusting.
