    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @virginmedia Thank-you, your agent was very understanding and put a note on the account to explain to customer services why I'd be phoning when I rang directly and they were able to resolve everything most satisfactorily

    @AnthYoung83 @virginmedia Mate. Genuinely one of the worst companies in the country. They are very very lucky that no other Internet provider has gotten their act together enough to steal their customers.

  • decibel42 Matt Flynn (@decibel42) reported

    @virginmedia Worst company ever.

  • notsobigbryan Bryan Lowe (@notsobigbryan) reported

    @virginmedia Fortunately for my own sanity I have tried calling your customer services before and won't be doing it again. They left me feeling less satisfied than before I picked up the phone. Thanks anyway

  • banterdan Harry (@banterdan) reported

    Why do @virginmedia use this super hub3. Switched 2 weeks ago, move more than 15 feet from router I lose signal, want an extra £5 a month for a booster, no mention of the crap signal before ordering, the range is shocking, wish I googled before, good range should be a given.
