    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @virginmedia has for to be the worst broadband, wifi ever. Cannot wait for BT to be available. Useless. I had BT at old address and the Hub was a thousand times better. Signal was more stable and so on.

    @virginmedia been trying to upgrade due to our contract ending. Been trying to set a plan up all week and not gotten anywhere. Now all of our services have been cut off. Help? All we wanted to do was change our plan and now have nothing.

    @virginmedia Yes I’m going through the virgin uk link. Like I said I sat on the phone for an hour with support. They’ve talked me through everything including resetting my password. Like I said it’s been a”a known issue for months. Have you gone into the community forum?

    @virginmedia The irony is we left Virgin after months of struggling with poor connectivity and trying to get a better service. We are both keyworkers and were trying to carry out telehealth and run a social services team during lockdown. Really really poor experience with your company

    @virginmedia Ok joint bill payer. I don’t use wired so it’s irrelevant. I didn’t take out your service to have Ethernet cables running around my house so why do you keep asking about Ethernet speed? This doesn’t mention wired or wireless for the minimum acceptable speed does it?
