    @EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @virginmedia hey guys! I’ve just tried to get through on your phone line and keep getting number isn’t working! It’s the 0345 454 1111. I need to cancel my contract during a cooling off period! So I can’t really wait much longer!

    @virginmedia All the customer service people I've spoken to (by mobile phone) have been very nice and tried their best with tests and notes on the file etc. The work on cabling seems to be a law into itself and repeatedly tried & fails, as far as I can gather, to though that is only surmise.

    @virginmedia My Virgin Broadband is not working but can i call you on 0345 454 1111 no as it wont even ring... can I use your chat facility no because it just loops through troubleshooting... At this point cancelling my DD and moving to a new company is my best option!!!

    @virginmedia I think it's a standard engineer visit to address the broadband outage. We're hoping it won't lead to another cycle of cabling attempts, although I understand that things have to take their course and hopefully get there in the end.
