@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

@EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

@virginmedia I don’t believe I’ve been out of OX11 postcode since issues started however I don’t believe others have had issues, making me believe it’s possibly a problem with my phone itself?

@virginmedia Chat says "We'd like to continue this conversation on WhatsApp." I don't use/want to use WhatsApp and shouldn't be being forced towards a 3rd party service like that for customer support & currently paying twice what new customers do 2/2

I am so angry right now with how I am being treated by @virginmedia that I have made a complaint. Guess what my reference number is!!! Nothing, the space for this was blank. You can't even let me people make complaints without messing me about. This is an absolute joke.

Why companies like @virginmedia use WhatsApp support I do not know. The system makes you wait an hour, if you don't respond in 10 minutes, it kicks you off the chat just to make you wait again

@virginmedia Hello. Having followed the instructions to switch to Wifi Max, there are 2 issues; 1. The VM Connect App cannot be installed on any phone in my house. All running Android 12. So that test cannot be done. 2. We have powerline boosters (free) from VM. Can we swap...

@virginmedia My only options are CICAS or OFCOM. There is no central point to have issues resolved. None of your staff seems to have the ability to coordinate a resolution without passing me from call centre to call centre. I'm embarrassed to have ever recommended you.
