@EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

@Lshire_Laird @Langvout14 @virginmedia They never do what they say they’ve done. They’ve made an error with my contract and it took me 3 months to fix it, and I’m not yet sure it is completely fixed.

  • Lshire_Laird The Lanarkshire Laird (@Lshire_Laird) reported

@virginmedia I’ve been told it’s been ordered today but I have now written confirmation from them yet. The 2 previous people said an email confirmation would follow but never did so I’ve basically been sitting in every day waiting. I am now furious in case you haven’t guessed.

  • Discorus Lee (@Discorus) reported

Honestly @virginmedia please sort you customer services out. It should not be this hard to upgrade to Sky Sports UHD without entering into a new 18 month agreement.

  • niallthomas Niall Thomas (@niallthomas) reported

@virginmedia any issues in Dublin 7? No service at the moment

  • chantelle_ukccf Chantelle Newton (@chantelle_ukccf) reported

@virginmedia letter today informing me of £144 A YEAR price rise yet you are discontinuing out of home wifi. Not only that, from April 2024 price rises are RPI rate PLUS 3.9%?! Nope! Bye bye from this loyal customer!

  • TaysunBerry Sarah Myers | Writer and Poet (@TaysunBerry) reported

@virginmedia Whenever I try to work it out, it ends up with me still paying more than my existing plan, and I'm just at the limit if what I can afford. I would need my price to remain the same for me to stay, and that is never an option.
