    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    better and better. 6 months of problems and @virginmedia quibble over compensation so now with arbitrators. Now just saw my mobile bill and i’ve been charged £55 for being on hold for the guts of 1h55min trying to sort out their mess. Just fantastic. Thanks @virginmedia

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness This was not a fault. It was planned maintenance works. As a business customer I should have been informed, but I wasn't and I lost hundreds of pounds 🙃 Virgin Media have, out of kindness, refunded me £2.30 🙃🙃🙃

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

    Another day and another outage @virginmedia. Substandard recycled sh3 classed as "new".Going through the whole we are running our tests thing everyday yet no solutions offered.Not sure what I'm paying for,time for @BT or @CityFibre.no service=breach of cntrct

    @DebbyHallett_LD @SueSuezep @virginmedia I ran an online connectivity test with Virgin Media recently and it picked up a fault. I was able to book an engineer visit at a time suitable for me and he put in a brand new router for me. My only issue with Virgin is the monthly cost, but it does cover very fast broadband.

    @virginmedia I have a signed notice letter. I tried to courier it to you, but your partial address prevented this. As a good customer, I therefore asked for a full address. You refused. I offered to email or dm it. You refused. Account holder tried whatsapp too- 5 hours call terminated.

    @virginmedia I can't as my landline which would be free to call from, as I pay for the ability to call such a number, is not working!!!!! As I have no wifi connection.
