    @EdwardJDavey @timleunig @virginmedia Problem is that it's the same across the board. Bad Comms & ridiculous processes to blame in my limited experience.

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia Again you've oversubscribed my area and are forced to upgrade the network whilst impacting all of your customers. I pay a fortune for the "premium" 500mb service and yet it's currently 0mb due to your greed.

    @virginmedia The guy I spoke with had no idea and just said someone will visit within business hours! On the phone again speaking to Jane who is helpful but advised will speak to field engineer to call me back. I doubt it - thanks for telling me. Waste of day #poor #customersupport #useless

    @virginmedia Online account. I signed up and never got a verification email. When I do forgotten password to try and resend it it just has an error on the link. Also the page has a copyright 2012 message which fills me with very little confidence.

    @virginmedia I’ve had no internet or Tv since 10pm 5/7/21. I was given an estimated fix time of 4pm on 6/7/21 which had no extended to 8am 7/7/21…that’s ridiculous!!! Sort yourselves out @virginmedia #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia It’s saying no known issue so why if l am using two devices at the same time both of them are buffering all the time

    @virginmedia It's been an ongoing WiFi issue for a long time. Today I've been promised a call back from you. It's not yet happened. This is in a long line of failures.
