@virginmedia No. I also don't understand why I was only made aware of this today when the appointment was made weeks ago. Are we going to receive support for the two weeks without broadband?

@virginmedia If you want to look at all the transcripts of the customer service then look up account 724835002. Virgin don’t appear care about complaints, they just want people to stop showing them up on Twitter. And they want to cover up the fact that no-one is alive in their complaints dept

@virginmedia I've had enough 'help' from you to last a lifetime: blither, delay and obfuscation.

@virginmedia Hi, experiencing an outage in Birmingham (B17). Your website refers to issues in the area. Planned maintenance or impact of the cold weather? I work from home so I depend on my connection. An update would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

@virginmedia Is there really any point explaining anything yet again? I have spoken to over 20 Virgin staff and been promised 3 separate call backs. None ever happen and the cycle repeats every 2 weeks. I simply don’t believe there are any humans alive in your complaint’s department.

@virginmedia sending me invoices again? They have been unable to sort out broadband service issue, unable to send me a engineer to fix the problems I have raised. Phone operator tell me the bill is valid. I don’t get it how? I don’t have service - cables were left disconnected

@virginmedia NO you are not! Because your own engineers said, they get constantly called away. Do Not lie to me because you’ve been found out already. Almost 4 weeks and you are working around the clock, one of your previous message suggested that a paying customer isn’t important enough.
