    @virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

    @SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

    @virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

    @virginmedia A new agent just said it’s impacting 75% of customers, but it’s being viewed intermittent connectivity issue not outage and would not call an engineer until 24 hrs has passed? Not helpful for home workers? Please escalate.

    @virginmedia Boring now!!! Same response every time. We have done everything asked. You advertise fastest fibre.. some internet would be nice. only interested in new customers. Existing ones don’t matter. This problem has be going on for months. Your service is pathetic.

    @virginmedia I actually give up with your sh*t customer service. Like it’s becoming beyond a joke, every month being overcharged and no refunds in sight and when i say i want to leave u say i need pay a fee when YOU HAVE broken the contractual agreement. Called up about this 9x😡

    @virginmedia I have checked everything. No issues on the virgin app re service check. Reset the route twice and still nothing
