@virginmedia hi I took out a sim only nearly a year ago in the promise I could upgrade after three months that obviously didn’t happen, it’s up on 19/2 do I need to cancel with you or will it cancel automatically

@SumayyaBfd @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia I would recommend Utility Warehouse as they provide discounts for more utilities and other sustainability things and their customer service are really responsive, even during lockdown.

@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

@virginmedia I did. 3 calls to be precise. There seems to be a tech issue on your end which keeps hanging up on callers....I can't afford to lose any more hours, so I've resorted to writing a letter instead. Thanks.

@virginmedia My network keeps dropping. My boosters dont seem to be doing much. Im getting like 5mbps speeds when running the tests where i am located. I keep getting disconnected from my main wifi ssid and it keeps connecting me to guest. 1/2

@virginmedia So an issue has been logged now. It’s saying fix at 9:30pm. How do I claim compensation? As this is down I will have to use my phone as a hot spot which is very costly. I have a wired connection with Virgin so expect my internet to be running at all times
